The only thing wrong so far is that the chocolate items have melted, but considering I had it shipped to Australia I'm not too suprised they've melted. The only downside is that you have to remember to scan a QR code when you receive the boxâwhich is only annoying because Tokyo Treat knows that you bought a box, but if you lose the QR code, then you lose the credit for the box. Why Tokyo Treat? WHHHYYYY???”

“I purchased a six-month pre-paid plan that comes with free shipping. After I received the first box, COVID happens and the shipping method they used was affected. Back then I was told I have the option to skip some boxes until the free shipping can be resumed or pay an additional $10+ for each box for a new shipping method. Months later, they changed their policy and canceled the free shipping method and I am forced to pay $10+ for shipping for each box. And they refuse a refund. This is ridiculous.”
