“I did like the different flavors of Kit Kat and the sodas. We got a twelve month subscription that we paid for up front. After about our third box we started getting a lot of repeat snacks from previous months. Delivery was in consistent; some times early some times late. They promise a certain number of snacks per box but some of them were very small (I.e. a single marshmallow). The final straw was our subscription being automatically renewed before I realized. When I contacted customer service, they told me my money couldn’t be refunded but graciously offered to cancel my subscription for next November.”
“I do love all of the treats I get from the Tokyo Treat Box. My only complaint is that 2 of the boxes I have received before. 1 of the items was popped open and contents spilling on all of the other contents. I wish there would be more protection added in the box to safeguard the contents during travel.”
“I've tried monthly gift boxes before, even other overseas ones, but this really takes the cake! The delivery was quick as anything, it arrived weeks before I had assumed it would. And though it felt too good to be true, both the quantity of snacks (the box was packed to the brim!), and every individual treat within this box, felt well worth the price in quality! Every treat in this box is interesting, and even those I didn't like myself were enjoyed by someone in my family - sharing was part of the fun! Plus, even fragile items like potato chips were shipped without being crushed!
The service was wonderful, and the experience as a whole was top of the line. $50 (with shipping) was a little high for me, but I'm seriously considering buying again!”

“Buyer beware! If you sign up for a subscription service, you will NOT be reminded about it before it debits your account. And they will not refund you your money if this happens. They prey on customers who don't remember something they subscribed to 6 or 12 months prior to the next renewal. This is shady business & a terrible way to treat customers. So disappointed.”
