“Not really what I was expecting. I made a subscription for 3 months and in 2 out of 3 boxes, even if the package was different, I found 3 treats that were the same. Moreover, at the end of the 3 months( or 6, or 1 year...), the subscription automatically reactivates and you get charged all at once again. It is explained in the terms of service, but you should cancel the subscription right after activating it, if you don't want to risk to forget and receive more boxes. And, when you cancel the subscription it's not possible to play streaks anymore. I don't think this kind of service is worth the money spent. By the way, traditional japanese treats are a lot better.”

I paid for September box in August and never received it only to go on Reddit and see that this is a regular occurrence where people donât receive their boxes and never get refunds just some automated mail from your customer service. I wouldnât recommend anyone purchasing from these people. Theyâre scam artists.”
