“I got a pair of Fjallraven Vidda Pro Trousers at a sale price from Tom's Outdoors on the internet and they arrived within a few days, but I had ordered the wrong size - my mistake. My wife and I drove the two hours to Tumut on a pleasant Saturday morning to exchange the trousers. We had the most fantastic experience at the store thanks to Chris. Not only did I get a fitting pair of pants, we got a spur of the moment special price and genuinely friendly service. We would recommend this store without reservation to anyone looking for top quality outdoor clothing and related products.”

“We visit Tumut a couple times a year because we love the place and enjoy all that it has to offer. One of those things that we really enjoy is dropping and having a yarn with Chris and his team. They treat us like locals, freely giving of their professional experience about what and where to go in the area and just make you feel like your welcomed and not just a tourist. Chris' knowledge of the local area is exceptional and if you ask you'll get great advice. Chris stocks great quality products and if you order online and select the wrong size, colour etc, he's beaut at sorting that kind of stuff out quickly for you.
