“I have been dealing with Tom’s for a couple of years now and have rarely received better service from an outdoors specialist. Most of my purchases have traditionally been based on personal visits when passing through Tumut. In the most recent case, however, it was a mail order transaction as I live in Brisbane and wouldn’t be back in the region until later this year. I found the item that I was looking for on the website - ordered it - and a couple of days later it was in my hand. Postage was prompt and hassle free and the tracking service was excellent. Can’t sieak highly enough of the business and the operators. Cheers.”

“Great store with some of the best prices in Australia. I dropped into the store a few weeks back and Kane was super friendly and helpful. I initially baulked at the prices, but turns out Tom's stocks quality gear that's worth spending a little extra on. For what I ended up getting (sleeping bag, mat and fly rod), these were by far the best prices I could find online. Express shipped for free, arrived in Jindabyne in 2 days, and even had a handwritten note included (Thanks again Kane!).”
