“The toner works well but better yet is the customer service. My printer had issues with the new cartridge but it ended up my printer needing to be reset. The staff at TLC were very supportive and helpful with my issue and were prepared to replace my cartridge immediately if it was the issue. Excellent service while saving money. :)”

“Very happy with TLC. Cartridge arrived promptly -(order placed on 20 Mar, arrived on 22 Mar). Extremely efficient service. My only complaint is that I require Brother LC209 BK, but it's not available.”

“TLC toner arrived in good condition and before promised. The first toner ordered was for a Brother HL-L3290CDW. The TLC toner has worked flawlessly. We've tried competing brands of aftermarket toner in it before, with very disappointing results. As a result of having success with TLC toner in the color printer, we ordered a few toner cartridges for our Brother HL-L5200DW B&W office printers. That toner order also arrived quickly. We haven't needed to use the TLC toner for those printers yet but are optimistic.”
