“took longer than 4 days before the item even shipped (I had to follow up twice) when the website indicated they were in stock, and Toner Laser Cartridge drastically lowered the advertised price from $394 down to $178 on the item while my order had not shipped yet and I still got charged the $394 for it.”

Hello Herman We had contacted you to inform you that the item you ordered was a special order (a few additional days for delivery) and asked if you wanted us to continue to process your order. You accepted. Also the price on the item has been unchanged. You may be on our U.S site showing our U.S price of $178. The item you ordered as I'm sure you were aware is close to $600 from other resellers including Amazon and a hard item to source. Thank you TLC Support
