“The shipment took longer to receive than expected. Our order was placed on Dec 11 and it arrived to us on Dec 18. The packaging box that it arrived in was damaged and wet and somewhat broken. We unpacked immediately and the box inside appears to be in tact. Thanks.”

“I received the 3 packs of TN760 toners 3 days ago. I just opened one for inspection, there are black powders in the wrapping plastic bag and I have to clean it carefully before testing. The printout is not even and there are spots of markings on the printouts. I did not open the other two and I hope it is better than this one. Poor quality than my last purchase....disappointing......................”
