“I purchased a Brother-compatible drum unit to use with my brand new Brother toner cartridge. Toner leaked from the unit and streaks would constantly appear in my print outs. I finally decided to buy an official Brother drum unit and immediately the leaking toner issue was resolved. When I emailed customer service to ask for a refund for a defective product, I did not receive any response. Don't waste your money on these cheap drum units.”
