“Very straight forward and simple process. I sent a list of my products to 6 different companies advertising to buy surplus toner cartridges and Toner Connect came back with the best price the first time. A couple of the other companies after submitting a bid, came back wanting a counter offer, so after a couple back and forths of haggling two other companies were finally able to match his price. I didn't have time and didn't appreciate having to haggle over some toner cartridges, so I gladly went with toner connect who offer the best price the first time. I accepted and shipped them out the same day, and to my surprise I had already been paid in my PayPal account. It was the smooth transaction and I will gladly do business with Toner Connect again.”

“This company send a ground shipping label I make sure everything is nice pack inside. All the to New Jersey I’m from California what you expect ups ground shipping you think this people care. Never again doing business in this state.”

Hi Justin, sorry you had less than a stellar experience with our service. Unfortunately the items we received were not as described, however this was not due to shipping damage. The reason is that a few items were actually models we do not accept. In addition there was 1 item that was opened, which unfortunately per our policy we cannot accept. These reasons were written in the inspection email sent to you the day after receiving your items. We offered to send you back all rejected items at no cost to you, however, we received no response.

“This is my first time dealing with Toner Connect. I was skeptical about the whole process at first. As I answered the questions and followed the process, it became clear to me how serious Toner Connect was about the way they conduct business. I followed the instructions and followed the package on the order summary page, and everything went very smoothly. At the top of the order page, I knew what step we were on. I became uneasy when it was time for the inspection because I felt Toner Connect could change their mind about what I said were in good condition and unopen. After all Toner Connect had the product. After the inspection, Toner Connect were true to their words and quote amount. I would recommend Toner Connect without hesitation. I will be doing business with Toner Connect again.”
