“I had a great Experience with Toner connect. They paid me good money for my unused toner I would use them again, also, Chris was very helpful if I had any questions along the way highly recommend them to anyone thinking about selling their unused toner.”

“I tried following what it was telling me but after they sent the money I got limited access to my PayPal an it made it difficult to log in also I still haven't got access to my money”

“I'm happy with how the process worked however it would have been nice if the shipping supplies would have been provided to make it super easy, that's the only reason I dropped it to 4 stars instead of 5.”

“I was amazed with how easy the website was. I took a picture of my cartridges and within hours I had a quote! I was sent a shipping label. Excellent communication…I highly recommend!!!!”

“I find it strange that some of the cartridges were broken. I had sold them to a customer, they had sat on a shelf for some time and I picked them up and sent them to you. I also buy HP toners from Essendant and sometimes they don't even put them in a outer box so sometimes the box is scratched or bent on the corners. Not a big deal”
