“Easy online process! I like that I can print out the return label quickly. The turnaround time to receive payment is quick. I appreciate the ease of the process and the quick sending of the check. I had to use the virtual "chat" feature once and it was quick and helpful. Thank you!”

“I was using another company to sell my unused toners but they use PayPal which I cant do business with, I don't like that PayPal holds your funds and takes days to release it, I found toner connect and what surprised me was that they use zelle which they can drop my money right into my account, I shipped out my packages today so hopefully everything TC promises will happen and I can keep using them in the future, the male I spoke to was very helpful as well.”

“Review for selling toner to Toner Connect. The whole process is straightforward and efficient. Toner Connect is great at communicating, from assisting with initial steps, printing shipping labels, proper packing as well as when on order has progressed to the next step. Ex. You get a notified from T.C. once you ship your product to them for inspection, when they receive it, when it’s being inspected, when inspection is complete and when they are sending payment for the product they are purchasing from you. Their web site is user friendly.”

“This was an excellent experience. It was easy, seamless, and it worked out well in the end. I did not need this toner because my existing printer died and I did not know what to do with these extra toner cartridges.”

“I submitted my toners for appraisal, got a reasonable offer a few hours later. Everything went really smooth. Only thing I didn’t like was PayPal taking some money for the payment hold. Would definitely try again if I ever have ink or toner I don’t need anymore.”

“It was super easy. Snap a picture of the toner box, upload, they send you a quote, you accept, ship, and then you get a check in the mail in a matter of days! I was skeptical but this company is legit!!”

“Toner Connect was easy to work with. I wrote a brief description of our products we wanted to sell and took some photos. After sending those to TC, I got a quote back the next day and was able to accept the deal right away. They emailed me some UPS shipping labels and that was that. An easy way to turn surplus into cash.”
