“We changed out printers and were left with a bunch of toners that we no longer needed. James is an outstanding guy and very fast and reliable at answering all my requests. First time for using them and I’m pretty sure I will use them again in the near future.”

“We could not been more satisfied with the process. We had unused toner catridges for printers we no longer had, and the ability to get paid for these without any cost to us was fantastic. We got a quote same day, printed the pre-paid shipping label, boxed up the toner and sent off to tonerconnect. We made 1 mistake when entering our order, and had an issue printing the order form, their customer service was responsive and resolved the issues within minutes.”
