“I'm hoping that the check I received today for $126, and not the $310 purchase order amount was made in error. It's 3pm here in California but their office closed at 2pm so I will have to wait till tomorrow to speak to someone. I took several pictures of the new toners in original boxes and even sealed in the original outer plastic as well. I was offered more by another toner company but I had already sent the product to Toner Connect. There was absolutely no reason I shouldn't have been paid for the toners.”

After thoroughly reviewing your shipment, we found that several of your toner cartridges had water damage on the side of the boxes. These damages weren't shown in the initial photos provided.
