About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

“Hi, I'm still waiting for a response from your customer service representative, since my initial purchase over 3 weeks ago. You're still advertising an offer across your website and socials that doesn't exist, in order to increase sales of a specific brand. I'm sure Toni & Guy is aware that this is ill advised. Really hope to rectify this.”

“My parcel wasn’t signed for just left outside and went missing, wasn’t very impressed with response from customer service £160 nothing they can do! I had to escalate it myself with dpd and now still waiting for my money back. Not good customer service at all!”

Dear Karen, Thank you for your review. I can see that you have emailed in and we have been working on this for you, we also raised a dispute with the couriers, as you can appreciate, there are processes we need to follow. In terms of no signature required, at the beginning of March 2020, all couriers updated their policies to have no contact due to Covid - 19 so they take images of orders delivered which I believe we have provided to you. DPD have more information on their website. I appreciate your patience in this matter and I can assure you, this is being looked into, with most companies including couriers having limited staff, this can take longer than normal. “Salon is friendly and efficient and the products are excellent. Label hairspray whilst more expensive than the everyday brands last much much longer, is light and brushes out easily. Brilliant for fine hair.”

“10 years ago I was introduced to Twickenham T and G and the fabulous label. M products. We moved 6 years ago to Herts and tried the Hitchin branch once but had the worst time there. Even the cut was lacking in professionalism! Due to lockdown I have found you again but I’m not able to get the cut that Twickenham provided. Thanks T and G regards Denise Weller”
