About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

I have not received either of the products I have ordered from you You keep saying at the warehouse awaiting dispatch I will be contacting my credit card company shortly as you have my money but I do. It have your products

Despite the Covid environment challenges, this order arrived as promised. Excellent value, great delivery service and a top product. Exactly the convenience I need at the moment in between hospital shifts. I’ll definitely be ordering again from Toni&Guy online shop...life saver for some hair that has been very neglected. Thank you.

Item arrived smashed to pieces after a long wait. I have contacted customer services who have passed me on to another department. I attached a picture so really they should have sent an immediate replacement but now I’ll have to wait- again- for this much needed product. Very Disappointed item came in a padded envelope so clearly it had been smashed prior to dispatch and no one noticed.

Product despatch slightly delayed but understandable due to current circumstances. Confirmation email only had the order number and no details of what was ordered or the price paid. This should be stated incase there’s a mistake or query on the order. I hadn’t created an account prior to ordering so there was no way.

I visit Toni and Guy in Newark at least every 6 weeks for cuts, colours and treatments as well as a nanokeratin. The staff there are friendly and supportive and Make you feel at home and at ease. There Hair knowledge is second to none and the products although trivet are excellent. In all highly recommended

I sent an email over a week ago and never got any reply. Still no reply. I understand re. Coronavirus they are busy but other companies come back within a few days. But been ages now and nothing. I gave up.

Well. We’re in lockdown and my shampoo’s running out. My salon is closed and you can’t get Toni & Guy in the usual places (along with toilet rolls apparently ;-) ). Tadah - Lighbulb Moment!! The internet. Ordered, paid for delivered and used within 6 days (+ a free makeup brush too!). Service and communication completely excellent. Many thanks.

Great customer services. Extremely helpful staff. Only received yesterday as delayed due to Covid-19. However great service from all the staff that I spoke to and looking forward to using in the near future.
