“Fast shipping but this is the second time I've replaced the glass. It happens when stove is not burning so in the spring I'm going to replace it and give it away. I've spent enough on two windows to buy another stove.”

“This company had a better price than most. They sent me the glass I ordered but it turned out I mis-ordered. They took back the glass, did NOT charge me a re-stocking fee, and sent me the proper glass after I sorted out exactly what I needed. The mistakes in ordering were all my fault but they worked quickly and flawlessly to get me what I needed. Top-notch customer service, that. I will come to these people first when next I order wood stove add-ons.”
