“These folks are total professionals. From first phone contact through immediate delivery, everything was done in a friendly and expeditious manner. Throw in the fact that the part I needed was for a discontinued Regency wood stove model and they had it on hand, and the overall experience was as good as it gets.”

So sorry if the gasket was incorrect. We have re-shipped a new one to you. I did it myself to make sure it was the 1/4 gasket.
