“There is no way to explain how helpful Jordan, Lou-Ann and team have been during our first-ever time entering one of the most complicated housing markets out there. I had so many (very likely - stupid) questions that they were so patient about answering and guiding us through in the right direction. The advice was accurate, timely and helped us immensely in securing a property with time frames while navigating banking, Kainga Ora and other legal networks. They know how to make a complicated process that may seem alien to us civilians a walk in the park and a trouble-free process. Working with them is highly recommended and will always come back to the team while we continue on our housing journey in future no matter what part of NZ we would be :) Sorry about the crazy number of phone calls and dumb questions. Thank you for your patience! You've been absolutely amazing to work with! :)”

“Jordan and his team provided good service but there were a few areas we felt they could improve. Our situation changed a fair amount between our initial application and us actually finding a house I.e. changing from not using our kiwisavers to using our kiwisavers. We found that we had to repeat these changes a few times and the application was never updated to reflect this (until our final call with Jordan when confirming loan details). The document portal was good but after the initial application providing the follow up documents were not very visible to us, just going via email.”

“Buying a first home is intimidating. There is a lot that needs to happen in a relatively short period and in my case, with very little knowledge. Jordan, Xavier, Raheem and the team at Total Mortgages made one of the most daunting aspects of buying a home easy. They have put a lot of time into developing their process and it is apparent. Everything is streamlined and simple with each step being clearly outlined. At no point was I unsure or in the dark. Communication was excellent. Replying to my relentless questions, promptly and knowledgeably. With the icing being how friendly and happy to help everyone was. Cannot recommend the team at Total Mortgages enough.
