“I have tried with the banks on my own to secure a pre approval so I know I had to spend on a rental to no avail. I had two contract for posention in frount of the bank as well and failed on both occasions , no detail was offered as to why. Got in touch with Total mortgages and I was sorted inside a week and now have just purchased my first rental . great team at total mortgages.”

“Jordan helped me and my partner get into our first home three years a go in 2018. Everything was made easy by Jordan and the team. We submitted all our paperwork and documentation online through the portal and 3-4 weeks later, Jordan came back to us with a loan offer from a bank and we have been happily living in our whare ever since. What I love about Total Mortgages and their philosophy is that they maintain connections with their clients. Jordan split our loan and this enabled us to fix them at different rates. When the rate of our first split loan was coming up for renewal, Jordan and the team were able to fix it at a lower interest rate, but keep the same repayment amount. This resulted in paying more off the principle, rather than the interest. As a result, hopefully in a couple of years time we can return to Jordan again and begin negotiations for investment in our second (and hopefully forever home) property. Jordan and Total Mortgages, you guys are life savers. The BEST in Hamilton!”
