“I irdered personal alarm, it was a free offer - but ordering was easy, and a confirmation email was sent to me by the company. The product was delivered well packaged, and arrived promptly. I would not hesitate to use the company again, as their service was very good.”

“Outstanding service from Total Safes,more or less unheard of in this day and age,but sadly let down by DHL. Waited in all day but did not turn up,without any communication from them. Very helpful driver when it did arrive!”

I'm very sorry you were inconvenienced in this way and as discussed I raised this issue with the carrier. The driver ran out of driving hours and had to return to the depot but this is no excuse for lack of communication. Many thanks for your generous review and your feedback is appreciated.

I'm so sorry you were inconvenienced in this way. As discussed I raised the issue with the carrier and it seems the driver ran out of driving hours and had to return to depot and goods went out for next day morning delivery. This is no excuse for the lack of communication which I am striving to perfect. Many thanks for your generous review and your feedback is appreciated.

“Our safe was installed yesterday. We had to wait a little longer than if it was just being delivered but installation was done in just over a week and on the best day for me and I saved quite a bit of money than if I was paying for installation seperately. Communication has been excellent with all Total Safes staff on the phone and also the engineers. Everyone very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Thank you.”

“Total safes seemed slightly more expensive than some other web based retailers, until you notice that their price includes delivery AND INSTALLATION, saving me over £100. Not only that but they were very helpful over the phone regarding advice on the installation. They provided extra-long bolts free of charge, the installers were on time, tidy and polite. Couldn't recommend them highly enough”

“Would I recommend Total Safes? Yes, over and over again! My insurance company ordered me to get a grade 2 safe for my business as my old one was broken and not secure enough for our needs. The nice lady from Totalsafes helped me choose a replacement, their friendly engineers came to install it and show me how to set the codes. Then they removed my old one. Really fast, efficient and all at NO extra charge. Thank you - I cannot fault the service or price at all.”

“I'd been looking for a fire proof safe thru the usual big name online retailers, but wasn't confident of making a purchase based on the information they provided. Made a call to totalsafes.co.uk , very impressed with the knowledge & service of Kay that I spoke to, proper "high st" service like you used to be able to get. Would not hesitate to recommend.”
