“I required a letter box with a door that opened differently to the ones advertised. After a few phone calls made by there sales team they managed to supply me with the letter box I required.”

“Very quick shipping - no issuws there. Unfortunately product itself leaks badly so my letters are soaked. Assumed product was good for outdoor use from description but guess not!”

Hi Tim, Thanks for your feedback. I am looking into this. The manufacturer does indeed describe the postbox you ordered as "powder coated in 100% polyester, giving excellent weather protection" so it is concerning that yours has leaked. I am awaiting a response from the manufacturer and will contact you directly. Kind regards, Kay

“The description was good and the key safe arrived on time. The instructions were OK but not for people with no DIY experience. The safe is easy to set and use, and has an alarm that sounds for a few minutes to notify you (when the kids have been playing). Overall it seems to be very good and I'm happy with the purchase.”
