Absolutely disgraceful service, I ordered my granddaughter a backpack, Book bag and Face Mask for returning to school, this was over a month ago and I keep being fobbed off, I have asked for a refund but still being fobbed off, just about to take legal action against toxic fox and would never use them again........Don’t Use This Company, They’re Not To Be ReliedOn Or Trusted!

Hi ordered an item on the 24th of july. I was informed that the item was dispatched on the 3rd of august and would be with me in 3-5 days. Utter lies!! Im still waiting. Reading from the reviews this seems to be a common problem. Utterly shambolic. Poor service. Would not recommend to anyone and have informed family and close friends to avoid.

I‘m not happy at all, I‘ve waited more than a month for an order which was for a vacation trip. I Had asked in advance, if I would receive it ob time. I am back from the vacation, but the order has still not arrived.

If I could give minus stars I would! If I could take away stars I would! Do not use this company- I ordered two nurse jute bags in April 2020 for myself and my colleague as a treat as we have worked tirelessly throughout the covid 19 pandemic! Estimated dispatch was May, I then emailed and was told they were delayed, I then had to email again to be told they were lost and they would be processed again. Some 4 months later I have still not received the products even though my money was taken as soon as I ordered! I have now been told there is a further delay so I therefore finally have a refund being processed. What’s a real shame is that I’ve always wanted a clairebella bag but I will never use this company again! The worst shopping experience I have ever come accross! Never was any real compensation offered!

Waiting nearly 2 months for item. Have had contact with company they keep advising they will give me 25% refund and the item will arrive.... but neither happens... seems like a scam

I have been waiting 6 weeks for delivery and a month past the dispatch date.. do not use this company! They have taken my money but still no product. Seems like a scam to me 😰

Will my order come? Ordered a gift early May. When tracking my order it said estimated dispatch 19June. This was later then I needed it but due to covid etc could understand. So had to buy a gift elsewhere. Multiple sales emails sent to me about offers. I've sent multiple emails no real answer until last week when they said 2-3 working days it will be dispatched wait for an email. Its now 5 working days later and 10th July so 2 months after purchase and still no item. I've ordered in the past and had no problems. Very disappointed. Customer care is awful. Just be honest with customers.

Absolutely awful customer service !!! 8 weeks since ordering and over 20+ emails later and still no product received. Every email says ... order in production...! Can not get anyone in customer service to commit to a date the items will be made and dispatched. No option to ring them just email. Why can this company not tell me when the product will arrive? This was a birthday gift bag for a paramedic friend of mine - ordered way in advance - what a shame. I have purchased before and bags were lovely and they actually arrived - whole company let down by horrendously poor customer service.

Absolutely disgraceful company. I ordered on 21st June and was told that my item would be despatched on 29th June. I emailed on 2nd July as i hadn't received anything and was told that my order had not even been put into production. I wanted to gift it on the 6th July. This company are appalling I will never use them again. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

I placed an order on the 30/04 for two hoodies. Estimated ship date 11/06. As of today the order is still showing in progress. I have contacted customer care twice in relation to this. The first time they took two days to respond advising what I already know...the items are in progress. Second time took them four days to respond and was advised order would be shipped in 3-5 days. We are now at working day 6 since that email and still no further along. I have requested a refund for shipping costs...request totally ignored. Absolutely disgusting service from Claireabella and the customer care is a total joke. I have used them in the past and always been satisfied with both product and service however after waiting over 2 months for an order I will not be ordering from them again. About to start a dispute with the bank for a full refund for goods not received.

I contacted customer service 3 weeks after placing my order and they said my order will be send next month, that would be 9 weeks after i have placed my order, dont bother to order anything and wait more than 2 months, customer service very unprofessional, waiting for the customer to ask when they receive their order

I have ordered many times over the last 10 years, not the fastest production, but things arrived as per the advised date. I ordered on 29th April as a Birthday gift for 13th May. Once the order was accepted the expected despatch date was 19th May. Although disappointed that this would miss the Birthday (and not within the timeframes on the website) I made my peace with it- especially in such a difficult time. However, the 19th came and went, eventually on the 22nd I emailed customer service. The response email said they would come back to me 24-48 hours. The response did not come until 1am on the 30th May. I was advised that my item was with quality control?! it would be shipped in 1-3 working days subject to quality control! I am still waiting! This will sadly be my last order! I completely understand if something can not be done, If there are supply, staff or delivery issues-but like everyone, I want to be able to make an informed choice- I could have chosen other birthday gifts, so my daughter would have something . I feel as though my money has been taken hostage.

Ordered a onesie for my daughter for Easter and still waiting for delivery. Communication was good initially and now my emails just being ignored. £45 is a lot of money and I wish I’d have checked the reviews prior to purchasing. I already see the response is to email customer care- which I continue to do but actually just want a refund now and take my custom elsewhere

I placed am order but straight away realised I'd clicked the wrong phonecase make. I contacted customer service straight away as in your terms and conditions it states that you can change an order if emailed within a certain time frame which I did. I was emailed back to say they could try and do this for me but was doubtful I have emailed several times since and have had no reply back. I was also sent somebody else's confirmation email.

Very disappointed in my last purchase ordered 2 onsies for children one was perfect the other wasn’t finished properly at the zip I have ordered so many things in the past towels hoodies suitcase,phoneCase mugs but this is my last order when I sent pictures to customer services all I was offered was discount on next purchase so I am left with a onsie that was to be a present but won’t be now as it looks like a cheap imitation

Ordered my item weeks ago, estimated dispatch 17th April. Still not dispatched and no communication from company to update me, explain or apologise for delay. Emailed customer care myself already just to be told item still with production team. No new estimated dispatch nor apology for inconvienence of delay. I wouldn't know anything about my item if it wasn't for me chasing. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present for a front line worker. Will not be shopping with you again!

Bought airpods but they don’t work properly they freeze my phone, randomly call people from my contact list and one AirPod doesn’t work Am getting no reply to resolve this issue from a Toxic fox £50 they cost me it’s so annoying
