“Had a small issue with the print on the towel that I ordered. After a couple of emails with the lovely Georgia, the issue was rectified instantly. Couldn't fault this company's service and love the products anyways. Would definitely recommend to family and friends”

“Very impressed with the level of service received from Toxicfox - on receiving a product with incorrect writing - an instant message was sent to me and a replacement product was sent out. Very good customer service with prompt actions.”

“Ordered phone case , was actually made up that somewhere does cases for P30!! When case arrived it was the wrong colour, I emailed toxicfox and literally within the hour I had a reply! Georgia was fantastic , customer service excellent ....she arranged for a new case to be made and resent .....so so happy with the service I received ...will definitely be ordering again in the future Well done Toxicfox 👍”

“I have bought three suitcases from Toxicfox for my Grandchildren over the years as they have become old enough to appriciate them and they have loved everyone of them,I have recently ordred one for my Grandson and I had a problem with my order,I contacted customer services and I have to say Georgia Tyle has been fantastic she dealt with the problem efficently and politly and swiftly I can not thank her enough, Every firm should have a Georgia Tyle, A big thank you again Georgia brilliant customer service your a credit to Toxicfox xx”

“I ordered an item that came with a little error, I emailed and was replied to quickly and I was sent a replacement item straight away. I have received the item and is exactly how it should be. Delivery took no time at all on both items. I also ordered the item with a 20% discount offer which I thought was really good. All in all a good experience, great customer service and definitely would order again.”

“I ordered personalized jute bags for my daughters wedding. Unfortunately, I ordered a bit late and was worried about not receiving them in time. After reaching out to the customer support team, they reached out to the artists and will expedite my bags for me to receive in time for the wedding. This is my fourth order of these fabulous bags and I cannot put into words how eternally grateful I am that this company is going above and beyond to make sure I receive my order in time for my daughters big day. I know the time and effort put into making each gorgeous bag and I truly appreciate you making this happen. The customer service team has gone above and beyond and I would like to specifically thank Petroulas Konstantinos for the kind and supportive emails. Employees such as this is why I will keep coming back to order products from this company.”

“never used this company before so was abit nervous, and wow excellent product, and fast delivery there was 1 towel wrong but it was dealt with very efficent and quick return, the customer service was excellent sorting it all out, I will be using this company in the future, and would highly recommend them”
