“This is the second time I have ordered from Trade Direct once at Christmas and once at Easter for a present for my Son. The first time everything was ok on delivery and the latest occasion I had to return the item as it was in an Egg for Easter but the egg came crushed as the as the packaging was not that great as it was just in a plastic bag so had to be sent back to be replaced. With the replacement it came in a box which was great and much for the item although a little big but saved it from being crushed again. Great service and would definitely recommend.”

“Great price for a great tool, super quick turbo delivery option, and when I discovered something was missing Scott at the office was straight on it, and I received it the very next day, the company also use DPD couriers who don’t keep you waiting in all day by giving you 1 hour time slots.”

“Excellent store, well priced 5 star. Website needs a tweak "if you search hikoki for eg" yes all the products come up, so you scroll down to one of interest and select and it shows all the details no problem, but if then exit that page you end up back at the top of hikoki again and have to scroll down again.”
