“The service from TCD was good. The only reason for the 4 stars and not five was that the instruction manual was missing and although I was promised one in the post the next day I am still waiting for it to arrive. (I ended up downloading a PDF version online).”

“Excellent product, good service and very communicative courier! Only complaint was that I paid extra for Saturday delivery. Website referes to an AM delivery on Saturday, however my goods arrived at 4pm in the afternoon. Not the end of the world, only a question of setting expectations. Don't advertize as premuim Sat AM delivery prodcut when it is not Many thanks Gary W”

“The prices are good and the product are excellent . As for there communication they are not very forthcoming. Instead of just saying they are waiting for a item to come into stock , they don’t make contact at all . Other than this they are good to deal with .”
