“The order apparently shipped on 2nd January but I still do not have it. I tried to phone customer services and the phone just rings. I have plumbers waiting on site for these taps which is a great inconvenience. I placed various orders with merchants over Christmas. All other fittings arrived early this week.”

“Abysmal service. Ordered a toilet seat on the 27 December 2017 with a stated delivery dayr of the 29December 2017, and received an order confirmation. This didn't arrive on the 29 December so I phoned the office and it went to answer phone, this has yet to be responded to!! And my email my email was answered on the 2 January 2018. I looked at the web site again on the 29 December 2017 where it stated that delivery for any item ordered that day would be 2 January 2018!!! The email I finally received said they were closed over the Christmas and New Year period, yet there was no indication of this on the web site. If I'd known this I'd have gone elsewhere, that was cheaper but couldn't get the item to me as quickly as was stated on this web site. I won't be shopping here again.”
