“I ordered from you as you stated you had 32 items in stock and with delivery within 48 hours. Delivery was delayed due to a false address change being sent to your supplier by yourselves and their van breaking down. I have asked for my delivery charge of £8.40 to be refunded, but this has been ignored.”

“The shower tray arrived within days of being ordered with very reasonable delivery charge considering the size and weight of the tray. The driver 'phoned 3 times on the day of delivery to update arrival time. Fantastic service, happy customer.”

“Prompt dispatch and delivery ... and courteous and helpful salesman. The tap is a Grohe .. so nothing to complain about there ... but sold at a very competitive price by Trade Taps. Will use them again if I ever have need of another tap (which I hope I will not need!!!)”
