Appalling service from customer service, taps I ordered said 14 available they sent me another design without even contacting me and for over a week ive been trying to arrange a return, good product but customer services are completely useless.

The waste part of the tap ordered was cracked and leaked. We are waiting for the replacement part.

I have not recieved my order (#4033744) which was due over a week ago. I contacted your customer services and was given a revised delivery and again it did not arrive, after emailing your customer services a second time yesterday of the failure I am now waiting to hear what is happening. I asked for tracking information, but was told there wasnt one as it will be made by your distributers van. However your web site claims to use dpd or royal mail with tracking? I understand we are all working in unusual and difficult times, but feel a little communication goes a long way. I just want a delivery date that can be made so I am not left hanging in expectation! Unfortunately Tradetaps advert was misleading, only one part of displayed item sent, then to receive other part we were asked to pay an above average price, so we have arranged to return. I don’t think it is trade taps fault but the charge for returning the item is triple the original delivery cost. I am not a happy customer as I feel I have been conned.

Ordered on 3rd December web site it would be delivered on the 6th. When it didn't come and I emailed to ask for a delivery I was told email had been sent on the 4th to say it would not be delivered to the 16th. Did not receive email and poor web site. On a positive product arrived on the 14th and was as ordered.

My order was delivered in first class time. Unfortunately one of the taps was faulty, no fault of Tradetaps, a manufacturing fault. I was offered spare parts to rectify the problem - rectify the problem? - this is a brand new item and I am expected to repair it. Totally unacceptable to me. Numerous emails and phone calls later I am promised a replacement pair of taps, but trying to obtain further information proved difficult. Hopefully this will be resolved as this whole situation is frustrating to say the least.

The item is as expected, however it has taken a week to arrive. Ordered on the 14th November arrived on 21st. This was partly due to the courier, DX, who apparently insists on ID and a signature, but won't give a delivery time apart from a whole day. Who can afford to stay in all day ??????????? USE A MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COURIER

Unfortunately after staying in all day, my order never arrived. Called twice later in the day and told the item was never loaded on to the delivery truck. I have requested the delivery now for a different day. I hope it turns up then. Disappointed.

Order was confimed with a shipment date, bit only one item (out of three) was actually shipped.

Item shown on site wasn't actually what was on sale, and item listing and pictures were very misleading. Contacted the team and they were very responsive, but their answer was simply that they put on the site what their distributors tell them / provide to them. So beware, what you see in the pictures may not actually be what is being sold, so check product codes or contact the team beforehand to make sure you don't get caught out.

I ordered on Monday am, website says fast delivery, Paid nearly £8 for postage, it's supposed to be for the trade . It's now Thursday pm and no taps. I don't consider that fast or useful to the trade!

Hello Alan Thank you for your review, I'm sorry you felt this way, from looking at your order i can see that we did send you an email advising that there would be a slightly longer lead time on this item as we had to source the item directly from the manufacturer, i can also see unfortunately you were unable to wait for this item, so a full refund was issued. I ordered because of 1)Website Says In Stock and 2) Next Day Delivery. Both were wrong. My next day turned into 4 days. The bit that annoyed was the attitude of customer "service" when I called to see if anything could be done. She couldn't have been any less bothered to help and didn't call back as promised. It seems this company is just a window and does not actually stock items itself...? Not going to be a repeat customer...

I got told the driver will call me 1h before delivery. Unfortunately he didn't, he called when he was at the delivery address and I was 30min away. The driver told it will be redelivered the next time roughly at same time, definitely AM. The next day I was waiting from 8am until I received an email it was send back to the warehouse waiting for instructions!? I had to finish the job this day and next day and couldn't wait for it to be delivered some time the next day. I had to cancel the order. Until now I didn't receive a confirmation of cancellation or a refund. The last time I ordered there've been similar issues with the delivery. Also calling the phone number in the email telling me to rearrange the delivery nobody was answering, calling a different number written on your website someone was answering straight away

I orderd six toilet seats and only one came, had to phone to find out what happened to the other five,was told that the branch in Glasgow only had one would have been good if they had put that on the delivery note, five to follow.

My order did not arrive on Saturday as promised on the website, and I can't check the status of it on the website as suggested on my order confirmation email, because I can't log in (I have tried the password reset link).

Website indicated that item was in stock and would be delivered next day. Eventually arrived 5 days later and had been picked and dispatched incorrectly. The picking error by their supplier was rectified very promptly but was not communicated. Very disappointing

The product was incorrect, I had to do all of the chasing up! Staff were friendly and helpful, however It’s inflammatory when you’re told ‘we’ll get back to you when we know something’ I had plumbers on standby! I have now received the correct product thank you! Carl

So...Your website said the items I wanted were in stock. Then my email confirmation stated they aren’t in stock in less then 5 minutes & it would be 2-3 weeks until delivery. Secondly, I ask for the delivery address to be changed. Had to ring a completely different company who were useless! “Put the new address in writing to us” really!? To top it off, when the items finally arrived at my work address the courier very nearly took them away again because the parcel & delivery slip didn’t even have my name on it!!! What kind of idiot doesn’t put a name on a parcel?! It was complete luck I got the parcels from the courier as I passed him in the reception & overheard him speaking with the receptionist. I will not be ordering from this site again!
