“I transferred 5k USDC from one of my accounts too , I can clearly see that the transaction is confirmed on blockchain but the balance is not reflected on my CoinDCX portal. It's a scam these guys are running. Their customer support is also not responsive. “I watched an interview on the much anticipated ifsmarket investment and i made the initial deposit, minimal investment of $257,000 USDT. “My account numbers are 414277 and 415506, and I have a total of $56,481 in my account. When I withdraw in February today, they found reasons to refuse my withdrawal. I found Eightcap's customer service and account manager through the background in the early stage, and they replied that they would help me deal with it. After a month or so, they find various reasons to prevaricate, and they have been emphasizing that please be patient, the financial team is dealing with it, it has been a few months, haven't it been dealt with? Since I can make withdrawal from my earnings on benarmstrong-trades i don’t see reason to continue here. I am now disappointed with Eightcap company, their way of dealing with it is to keep shirk, making me physically and mentally exhausted, please customers take a warning, now I just want to get my money that should belong to me. Being able to get my money back through the help of CP-INVESTIGATION.COM reach them out for more information.”

“Beware bought a shower screen which was faulty and looked like seconds. I contacted customer service to show them a video of the quality. In addition the 2 holes and screws supplied would have made impossible to hold the heavy glass screen onto the bracket. They would not accept it's return so I had no choice but to do the best with it - I had insert 2 more holes and more screws to secure the screen. False economy to save 10 quid or so compared to high street retailer. Give online retailers a bad name - avoid!”

“I had used this firm before & had thought they were brilliant. Unfortunately I can't say the same this time. I had to phone up to see what had happened to my order.This was after a few days & it was supposed to be delivered next day after ordering. I was told that they would ring me back ,they didn't. I phoned again after a couple of days This time I was rung back & told my parcel hadn't been given the go ahead button. My order was received the next day.”

“Sadly my order was sent to the wrong address even though it was clearly stated on the invoice. I tried telephoning the company to find out where my order had been delivered but was left hanging on until the phone went dead. DPD delivered it to another address as it had been incorrectly labelled could get hold of them either. They haven’t tried to answer my concerns at all!”
