I ordered several items because they were a good price compared to others. Unfortunately one item was damaged and took a while to return and replace and I had to keep chasing it up. I also ordered a sink in error which was returned and I payed for another. I have never received a refund on the original. You will only be contacted about delivery an hour before they arrive at your door which isn't great if you're working.

Hello Victoria Thank you for your message, upon looking at your order, i can see that when we processed the exchange, the item was out of stock so we had to wait for it to come in before we could send this to you. i do apologise for this, but on occasion items can go out of stock. Problems using website particularly using Sage Pay. Also a lack of communication with the company.Will not be using this company in the future.

Ordered a gerberit cistern a part was missing. Made numerous contact with trade taps who were very apologetic but never got back to me on the phone. Every time I rang they said they would phone me back which they never. Still waiting for the part that will never come so I will just order it from elsewhere as I can't be bothered

Ordered Mira flight safe shower tray in taupe. Delivery arrived with incorrect shower tray in white. Driver returned item. Having chased your office numerous times I've been told item out of stock. Emailed twice to find out lead time and heard nothing! Very poor service

I am very unhappy with customer service of Trade Taps. As soon as the delivery was made, I telephoned to say the Riser Kit was unsuitable, but I had to leave a message. This was on Friday, and so far I haven't heard from them. I also emailed and still haven't had a response. Before I placed my order, I phoned Trade Taps as my plumber definitely wanted a kit with sticky pad fixers. I waited for a call back, and was told this kit came with sticky pads. I then placed an online order. This particular kit only came with ONE sticky pad, and was not what was required. I would not recommend them as a reliable company to deal with.

Hello Pauline Thank you for your email, I'm sorry you feel this way, unfortunately we do not have an answering machine service on our phones, so unfortunately no one would have received a message which i am very sorry about. The item you ordered does indeed come with 6 sticky pads, but unfortunately it appears you did receive an incomplete riser kit, occasionally this can happen and i am very sorry about this, due to this error i can see that we arranged a collection for this and are in the process of issuing your refund. Extremely poor website. Despite being told we would be sent an email and tracking details of delivery. This never happened. On two occasions the driver rang 30 minutes before arriving at our house. Very poor in communicating I will not use this company again

WE ordered a shower tray and were told 10 days for delivery. Finally arrived 5 weeks later damaged and the replacement tray took a further 4 weeks because of Christmas. While these problems may have been out of Trade Tap's control they were very poor at keeping us informed and we had to chase/enquire etc, every step of the way. Our bathroom was out of use for 6 weeks longer than planned and and we certainly did not feel a valued customer!

Good Morning Mrs Dobson, We are aware of the issues with your JT Fusion Tray, We were in constant contact with our supplier regarding this and several times where let down with delivery dates, to the point we contacted JustTrays themselves who assured us that they are sent at regular intervals. We do try our very best to keep our customers 'in the loop' but understand your frustration regarding this scenario. I ordered a cistern 29th Jan and when it was all paid for I received an email saying they were out of stock and they will have more in 3-5 days and send it out AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES. On day 6 I rang and they had only just come in, and they were unloading the pallet. I was told I would receive the package the next day - Friday. This did not happen, the cistern was posted from one of their other companies Idealbath, not in Oxon, but in Leicestershire !!?? and did not now arrive until the following Monday. 6 days later than I was informed on purchasing !!! Not pleased.

Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback, We apologise that you were dissatisfied with our service, unfortunately geberit were making changes to their stock codes so we were unable to get a hold of the products as quickly as we normally do, we don't keep large items in stock here they come from specialist suppliers who deliver them on our behalf to ensure they arrive safely, As the items came in stock on a Friday the next delivery day available was the Monday. Ordered an item that was indicated to be in stock with delivery within 1-2 days. Turns out they did not have stock, and delivery was made over a week later.
