I got told the driver will call me 1h before delivery. Unfortunately he didn't, he called when he was at the delivery address and I was 30min away. The driver told it will be redelivered the next time roughly at same time, definitely AM. The next day I was waiting from 8am until I received an email it was send back to the warehouse waiting for instructions!? I had to finish the job this day and next day and couldn't wait for it to be delivered some time the next day. I had to cancel the order. Until now I didn't receive a confirmation of cancellation or a refund. The last time I ordered there've been similar issues with the delivery. Also calling the phone number in the email telling me to rearrange the delivery nobody was answering, calling a different number written on your website someone was answering straight away

I orderd six toilet seats and only one came, had to phone to find out what happened to the other five,was told that the branch in Glasgow only had one would have been good if they had put that on the delivery note, five to follow.

My order did not arrive on Saturday as promised on the website, and I can't check the status of it on the website as suggested on my order confirmation email, because I can't log in (I have tried the password reset link).

Website indicated that item was in stock and would be delivered next day. Eventually arrived 5 days later and had been picked and dispatched incorrectly. The picking error by their supplier was rectified very promptly but was not communicated. Very disappointing

The product was incorrect, I had to do all of the chasing up! Staff were friendly and helpful, however It’s inflammatory when you’re told ‘we’ll get back to you when we know something’ I had plumbers on standby! I have now received the correct product thank you! Carl

So...Your website said the items I wanted were in stock. Then my email confirmation stated they aren’t in stock in less then 5 minutes & it would be 2-3 weeks until delivery. Secondly, I ask for the delivery address to be changed. Had to ring a completely different company who were useless! “Put the new address in writing to us” really!? To top it off, when the items finally arrived at my work address the courier very nearly took them away again because the parcel & delivery slip didn’t even have my name on it!!! What kind of idiot doesn’t put a name on a parcel?! It was complete luck I got the parcels from the courier as I passed him in the reception & overheard him speaking with the receptionist. I will not be ordering from this site again!

I did eventually got my order. The 1st delivery date was missed, and then it was delivered to the wrong address. But on the 3rd attempt I got my order. Credit though to the customer services agent on Facebook who sorted my order. I didn’t receive a response to the phone or my email.

Bought on line as website quoted 3 items in stock but when confirmation of order arrived by email it was to say the item was out of stock .This was confirmed over the telephone with an unconfirmed 3to 5 day delivery expected.Being without a kitchen tap for an unpredictable length of time was unacceptable and hence the order was cancelled. Had the stock information been accurately displayed at the time of purchase then the order would never have been placed in the first place .

I preferred on Thursday, and it said to order by a certain time for a Friday delivery. I ordered in time, and then I receive and email Friday just saying it’s being delivered monday. And the early delivery was the reason I used your site.

Delivery times for this particular product were confusing. Apparently this product came direct from the manufacturer and so there was not on next day delivery as one page suggested. Trade taps admitted this was confusing . When eventually received, box was damaged leading to tap being scratched slightly, but not where it could be seen so it is being kept. Nice looking tap otherwise.

Chose a Friday as the specific delivery day for the basin (could have chosen any day that week) but didn't come till the Monday after. Wasn't called back within an hour as promised when I phoned for a delivery time on the Friday. Wasn't told about the delay until I phoned again later and was given the excuse that stock hadn't come in until Thursday. Had to delay tiler, plumber and moving house as a result. Had an apology when I phoned but sadly no offer of a a delivery refund. Delivery driver was great on the Monday, phoned ahead before delivering. Basin is good.

I ordered from you as you stated you had 32 items in stock and with delivery within 48 hours. Delivery was delayed due to a false address change being sent to your supplier by yourselves and their van breaking down. I have asked for my delivery charge of £8.40 to be refunded, but this has been ignored.

Abysmal service. Ordered a toilet seat on the 27 December 2017 with a stated delivery dayr of the 29December 2017, and received an order confirmation. This didn't arrive on the 29 December so I phoned the office and it went to answer phone, this has yet to be responded to!! And my email my email was answered on the 2 January 2018. I looked at the web site again on the 29 December 2017 where it stated that delivery for any item ordered that day would be 2 January 2018!!! The email I finally received said they were closed over the Christmas and New Year period, yet there was no indication of this on the web site. If I'd known this I'd have gone elsewhere, that was cheaper but couldn't get the item to me as quickly as was stated on this web site. I won't be shopping here again.

I am still waiting for delivery of the toilet I ordered last week which was scheduled to arrive on 26th October. I chased up yesterday and was sent a follow-up email saying it would arrive on 31st. It didn't. I called this morning, and they couldn't explain what had happened, but said the toilet would be arriving not today but tomorrow. So, several phone calls and a week after ordering, I don't have a toilet that should have arrived 6 days ago. Really frustrating as it's holding up my renovation.

When my package arrived there was a part missing I had booked a plumber to fit the shower set on the coming Monday and I have had to cancel him until a later date.

Delivered the wrong item because the item I ordered wasn't in stock (sent a 600mm basin for a 400mm cubicle). No sense.

Hello Thank you for your message, i was originally dealing with this and i believe the 600mm sink was sent by mistake, when we come to rectify this, the 400mm sinks were out of stock, an order was placed for the new sinks but i believe there appears to have been a delay which i am extremely sorry for, however, the date we are give are only estimated. Most of my order out of stock. Everything came at different times on different carriers. Then tried to charge me for a refund without knowing the law on internet purchases
