“When I ordered I was advised that it would be a special order as it had to be specifically manufactured. TradeTaps told me it would take 2 - 3 weeks but would keep me advised of progress. That they did, and as soon as they received the part they phoned me as promised and arranged for delivery the next day. it arrived first thing. I thought the whole process was professional and customer focused, and they kept their promise. I felt very will looked after by them.”
