“I placed two orders in the space of a week. The first one arrived within 48 hours. The second one arrived in less than 24 hours by DPD, however the items were damages in transit. However a quick email with the some photos showing the damage and they had them replaced the next day. Impressed with the price and customer service. You can’t help goods being damaged but they couldn’t have done more or been any faster. Very impressed!!”

“This review is based solely on the ordering and delivery processes which were both expedited to my satisfaction. I was contacted the day after placing my order and agreed a delivery date. I was provided with a time window (of one hour) for the agreed delivery day and I received my order on that day and within the window. My order - a Grohe AVENSYS Modern Dual Control Exposed Shower Valve - has yet to be fitted and so, I cannot comment on the product itself. If allowed, I will update my review once the shower valve has been fitted.”
