“I purchased a wing liner which did not fit my car although the ad said it would fit, I returned it weeks ago I still haven't had a refund or any contact from you, not happy”

“Received matrix very quickly, but wasn't packed inside the box very good moving about causing damage to the item, excellent customer service 5 out 5 did ask if a replacement was required but had to get one from somewhere else but they gave me a refund straight away apart from keeping the damaged one.”

“I was impressed by TVP's speed of dispatch and delivery, quality of the product I'd purchased and the *very* reasonable price of the item - a cargo basket for my pickup. I literally could not find a better fitting basket for my purposes anywhere else so to say that I'm delighted would be an understatement. I'll definitely be purchasing from TVP again :)”
