When I placed my order with you it stated that my parcel would be delivered by the 3rd Feb. It has not been delivered. Had I known that you used EVRI for your deliveries I would not have purchased anything from you. I have tried to contact Evri but all I get is a ROBOT. Evri are awful and are the worst company for deliveries. I have contacted you about this but have had no response. I am very angry and annoyed that my parcel was not delivered as stated when placing my order. It is still sitting in the Evri Depot.

According to the courier tracking, the parcel was delivered on 30th January, following an order placed on 28th January, which is in line with the delivery timescale provided. My item has arrived damaged. I ordered fog lights for my Audi, one of them has a stone chip on the glass and the other has a completely cracked glass screen.

Ordered a front undertray for my car and when recieved the entire front of it has been either broke in transit or delivered broken so I cant use it on my vehicle

Ordered a new wing for van which was delivered but had dents all over it. The packaging it came in was rubbish so not surprised really. Was just half wrapped in a bit of cardboard. Advised they would send a new one, which they did, but it was the wrong part. Absolutely useless. Then went on to tell me that the wholesaler had packaged them wrong but i can’t understand why no one checked it before sending, and that the part i ordered was now no longer available. They’ve made sure they’ve collected their part but i’m still waiting for my refund! Definitely wouldn’t use these again, waste of time

As our panel parts arrive sealed directly from the supplier, we do not open every parcel before dispatch. Very occasionally a supplier may mis-label or package an item incorrectly, and unfortunately this appears to be what happened in your case — for which we sincerely apologise. A replacement was arranged straight away to resolve the initial damage, and it was only then discovered that the supplier-packaged item was incorrect. Once this was reported to us, we immediately booked the collection and processed your refund in full, which has now been issued back to your account. I’m very disappointed with my order. The seller sent me a wrong part, and it wasn’t what I ordered. Because of that, I had to buy the correct part somewhere else, which cost me extra time and money. I tried to reach out for help, but the experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this seller unless they improve their quality control and customer service.

This is unfortunate, nice people to deal with but, I ordered an item on Tuesday with next day delivery, as I write this on Saturday morning, I am still awaiting delivery, the moment I saw it was Evri I thought this would be a problem and so it’s proved to be. I had to go else where as I was going on holiday.

I buggered up. I should have known when you pay cheap you get cheap. The NSF PANEL VW golf I bought has gaps everywhere my panel beater says it’s the worst product he has ever seen. You have been warned from this company. BUY CHEAP BUY TWICE.

It’s been 5 days since I ordered and I have not got the delivery yet. The delivery company provides a vague time saying the delivery will be done between 8:00 to 18:00. I have work on those days and it hard to be in the house waiting for the delivery to happens. The company does to leave it in a safe nor deliver to a nearby address which is convenient for both parties. I have now missed this delivery twice because of the vauge times and I have ordered the product as a matter of urgency. Very disappointed and frustrated at the overall service.

The part had 3 quality issues, the side clip was missing, the indicator reflecting plate was missing and the threaded insert was not deep enough

Ordered a body kit, after fitting it the rear diffuser worked its way out of the clips on one side and every time I pushed it back in it would pop out a few minutes later. Clearly something not quite right with this part, so I contacted them. Said I didn't want to return the whole kit as most of it was fine but the diffuser was the problem. Now they are trying to tell me I need to adjust and align the parts around it. So I put the original one back on and it fits perfectly both sides. Now that tells me no adjustment is needed and this part is just slightly off, maybe damaged in transit, storage, maybe just a bad part, I know that happens sometimes. But the customer service telling me to adjust other parts of my car to make it fit? That was poor and won't be using again
