Very very bad service I been waiting for 8 days to send the me my part, but I haven’t received it it say 2to 3 working days i’m not happy with the service they lied to me and because of them it cost me a lot of money

It’s been 5 days since I ordered and I have not got the delivery yet. The delivery company provides a vague time saying the delivery will be done between 8:00 to 18:00. I have work on those days and it hard to be in the house waiting for the delivery to happens. The company does to leave it in a safe nor deliver to a nearby address which is convenient for both parties. I have now missed this delivery twice because of the vauge times and I have ordered the product as a matter of urgency. Very disappointed and frustrated at the overall service.

The part had 3 quality issues, the side clip was missing, the indicator reflecting plate was missing and the threaded insert was not deep enough

Poor customer service, delivery took 3 days to arrive should have been next day 3, no reply when tried to cancel order, not good at all .

Ordered a body kit, after fitting it the rear diffuser worked its way out of the clips on one side and every time I pushed it back in it would pop out a few minutes later. Clearly something not quite right with this part, so I contacted them. Said I didn't want to return the whole kit as most of it was fine but the diffuser was the problem. Now they are trying to tell me I need to adjust and align the parts around it. So I put the original one back on and it fits perfectly both sides. Now that tells me no adjustment is needed and this part is just slightly off, maybe damaged in transit, storage, maybe just a bad part, I know that happens sometimes. But the customer service telling me to adjust other parts of my car to make it fit? That was poor and won't be using again

Ordered a part for our Nissan, following the right process using the reg number, part arrived but it does not fit at all. Wanted to send it back as it is clearly the wrong part to be told I had to pay for postage. In my view the part is not as advertised yet I have to pay for trade vehicle parts mistake.

I was promised a delivery Weds 26th Feb. I stayed in all day and no delivery, it’s now five days later and still had no delivery! when am I likely to receive my delivery??

Following my purchase of the grill it arrived and I stated it was for the passenger side the company sent out the driver's side whilst we communicated back and forth by email they refuse to accept their liability to say that it was in fact for the driver side when I require the passenger side. upon further emails they finally refunded me after three weeks and made me feel that I was at fault when clearly they had sent out the wrong part. I will not be buying from this seller again

Faulty part. When I contacted the company to arise the situation I got an email saying the part comes missing tow bar clip, not in any description does it say this. Now I have to source one myself separately Not happy!!

Good performance from the start. I searched via Google and found TVP had just the part I needed. Placed order and paid. Got a delivery date of just a few days. Unfortunately the courier did not deliver on the day quoted when I had rushed home to there as their 2 hour slot started. Next morning I had another email with another time slot. This time they delivered 4 hours before their time slot - luckily I was at home. Well done TVP for despatching on time, butget your courier sorted out.
