“I bought an aftermarket MK1 Honda CR-V front drivers side window regulator off these guys on ebay. After fitting it worked perfectly for about a month and then developed a fault and stopped functioning. Despite being two weeks over the returns policy date (which I neglected to read) they made an exception and have sent me out another new unit. I've yet to receive it but am quietly confident. All the customer service team members I corresponded with were great, very helpful and swift in their responses. A massive thanks to you guys and girls, you know who you are🙂 Richard in Sheffield.”

“Invoice number 614889. On 19 August, I ordered a headlamp for a 1997 . VW Golf Mk3 Gti/ Cabriolet, Part No. VK8046. As you do not deliver to Northern Ireland, I had it delivered to my daughter in Harrow. I have since collected it and brought it home to NI. The first of your agents to whom I spoke was pretty certain that it was the correct headlamp. However, he checked with other members of staff who disagreed, and who said it was not the correct light. I decided to take a chance and bought it. It is now fitted on the car and was exactly right. So, congratulations to the agent who dealt with my order and gave the correct advice!! I can only guess that, as VW changed models in 1997, and introduced the MK4 Cabriolet, the headlight also changed. Anyway, thanks for the excellent service.”
