“I buggered up. I should have known when you pay cheap you get cheap. The NSF PANEL VW golf I bought has gaps everywhere my panel beater says it’s the worst product he has ever seen. You have been warned from this company. BUY CHEAP BUY TWICE.”

“Easy to check which part(s) are needed for the car model & type. Confirmed by the staff in a reply email & stated it was despatched. Ordered on a Sunday and items arrived on the following Tuesday, well packaged & as described. Courier was friendly and treated the items with care on delivery.”

“It’s been 5 days since I ordered and I have not got the delivery yet. The delivery company provides a vague time saying the delivery will be done between 8:00 to 18:00. I have work on those days and it hard to be in the house waiting for the delivery to happens. The company does to leave it in a safe nor deliver to a nearby address which is convenient for both parties. I have now missed this delivery twice because of the vauge times and I have ordered the product as a matter of urgency. Very disappointed and frustrated at the overall service.”

“The original panel arrived damaged and since the packaging showed no signs of damage this likely occurred prior to packaging. When reported, the sales staff immediately offered to send a replacement free of charge. An excellent service.”
