“SCAMMERS! AVOID! I received an imitation grille that looked like it had been taken off a kids ride on toy car, when I emailed them they were just aggressive and refused a full refund. I have now opened a case with trading standards.”

We would like to clarify that we do not intend to be aggressive with any customer. Our team always aims to help and resolve issues fairly in line with our returns policy. As this review has been left anonymously, we are unable to identify the order, check the communication history, or review exactly what happened. If you could contact us again with your full name and order number, we would be happy to look into this properly. Please also note that our grilles are aftermarket replacement parts rather than genuine manufacturer/OEM parts, and this is normally stated on the listing. However, if there was any issue with the item received, we would always want the opportunity to review it and assist. “What a great and unusual company .... I mistakenly ordered the wrong part for my son's car ... the part was cheaper than anywhere else, turned up quickly and once I realised my mistake, was easy (and free!) to return. I then ordered the correct part after being sent the correct code to use by the team and again, it arrived quickly. Lots of friendly and helpful communication. I know I shouldn't be so shocked but it's so unusual to be delighted by a company being good and what they do, but I am! Highly recommended.”

“When I placed my order with you it stated that my parcel would be delivered by the 3rd Feb. It has not been delivered. Had I known that you used EVRI for your deliveries I would not have purchased anything from you. I have tried to contact Evri but all I get is a ROBOT. Evri are awful and are the worst company for deliveries. I have contacted you about this but have had no response. I am very angry and annoyed that my parcel was not delivered as stated when placing my order. It is still sitting in the Evri Depot.”
