“I ordered an item (within Europe) July 15, 2025. It took a pretty long time (July 23) before it was shipped(within that timeframe I received an item ordered on a later date from China).
When send to the country I live I received, after requesting information, a Track & Trace code. From ELTA. Greek post.
In other emails I received information that I could contact Spring GDS for information. There are many delivery companies here and many offices in different areas of the city. Which one? No extra information given in the emails.
Then, August 6, I visited the T&T website (still ELTA) again and there was the message it could not be delivered. Which is strange. The address is correct, I am working from home 100%. And there was no delivery attempt. No phone call to ask me to come to the door. Nothing at all.
I got in the app several messages where I needed to click on, but no further info found.
The delivery company, still not know which one, said in the T&T they left a note. No note was found!
I send an email to ELTA, to Spring GDS and to TradeInn for help.
NONE answered.
It is an item I need urgently. Ordered within Europe and still not delivered.
It wasn't a cheap item either.
My advise! Don't order from this company. Better order from China, you will get it delivered as twice as fast. Or even from another company within the country you live, but not an European store like this.”
