“I wanted a frying pan that only seemed to be sold in the UK so I ordered it from TRADEINN. Delivery took a while which I expected but when it was finally dropped off on my porch the box looked like an accordion and my new pan was broken and chipped. I contacted TRADEINN and after many exchanges continues to refuse a resolution other than telling me Sorry best regards. They will not help because apparently when a smashed box is left on your porch that means you accepted delivery of damaged goods. Stay away!!!”

At first it toon like two weeks to get the first message that it would be delivered in three to five days.
So Twenty days to get the message to pick up at the parcel shop.
Pakkage was not there so i Send the message , they say we will find out in 10 to 15 days.
26 days later they Send a message from another postal delivery service , pakkage delivered.
And from that moment they are Just ignoring me and let the Bill continue.
Crooks that should be arrested and brought down if you ask me!”
“I would strongly recommend NOT buying from this company. I ordered some ski poles, but they didnt arrive and when they made no effort to resend or find them I asked for a refund and submitted the relevant form. They then said the form had been submitted too late and I couldn't get a refund. They then ignored my follow-up emails and I've never heard from them since. I don't see how this is acceptable or fair. No ski poles and £90 lost. Awful customer service and service in general. Despite their good prices and stock, I will never buy from them again for fear of this happening again.”

Ive waited almost 2 months for my beanie because customer support every week ensured that its gonna be at their werehouse in a few days... i just got an email informing that my beanie is unavailable and its not gonna be delivered... You know what the best part is??? I paid extra for my delivery so it would be delivered before i go mountain climbing and They did everything to avoid any type of compensation (all i wanted was to get my money for the delivery back) They reply almost 90% of the time with generated messages... Your best chance to get in contact is on a live chat where They also copy and paste messages to get You of their head... so if You like waiting 2 months for Your stuff and finding out its not gonna be delivered cuz its not available, go ahead... But uf I were You i wouldnt.”

blaming the customer or logistics instead of finding a solution; my package was opened on the way of delivery and the one of two products was ripped open, looked like somebody checked it out and repackaged it; customer in search for a hygienic and well packaged product expecting a basic quality standard will be disappointed . The retour for 7,90 on top is just the cherry on the cake. At least try to listen and be generous, make people want to buy again because you care for quality - gracias por nada!”
“I purchased a bike pannier. On arrival, it was dark brown/red, when in the photos it had looked light pink. They refused to accept a return because I had the “correct product”. They then agreed to accept a return if I paid for return postage (from AU to Spain) which I did, because then I would recoup at least some of the money (about two thirds). However, it got returned to me 8 weeks later, with all my emails ignored in the interim, with a sticker on it saying the return had been refused. I am now completely out of pocket having paid for shipping twice, at huge expense, and am so angry. I tried to upload a photo here for proof but was unable to do so.”

4 They are only giving me £49 back when i paid £65.00
5 They have a english flag on their site, but they are in spain not uk!This affects tax posrage times etc and guarentees.
6 they say returns are simple and cheap, not so!
7 Takes a month if at all to get the partial refund!
They as iv read all over the internet and review sites trust pilot google quora etc say this store is a scam and similar things happen to other customers or in this sites treatment - MUGS!

“Price charged does not correlate to price advertised.
So it is nice that you are able to add items to an order as long as it hasn't shipped. Adding one item is ok, the second item adds shipping cost without alerting the customer to it. The price shown is the price of the item. The charged price on the credit card is higher. It's is technically illegal. Several attempts with support to sort this out, resulted in no refund. My life does not depend on a couple of euro's, but I just hate injustice. This practice is criminal.”
