I belive I was over charged but cant seem to get that over to them I paid more than was quoted I was happy with the reception staff Michelle was lovely as was the Nurse Claire the consultant & all the day surgery staff that looked after me

A bit disheartened :-( had lips filers for the second time at the cost ov nearly £300 for them to look no different really disappointed for the cost and no proper results :-(

Charged more than the brochure price. 'We had a price increase recently'.

Hi there - brochure prices give patients an idea of the cost but a final price is provided post surgeon consultation. This is because every patient is different and the price will vary from op to op. Thanks

Didn't think to much of the consultants.. Everything was a rush and as soon as you enter the building from speaking to the receptionist to the consultants, they just look at you like they don't have the time for you and everything is a chore! Put me right off and I'm now looking else where! Having a breast augmentation is a private thing and a big decision so to be made to feel like your taking up there time is never great!

Hospital nice. Wasn't happy with some of nursing staff. An email from my patient coordinator before week before my operation to wish me good luck would have been nice or even afterwards to see how I am would have been nice but heard nothing !! Made me feel like I was just a number !! Nurse who took splint off was lovely and a lot better than nurses in hospital.

Had fillers which left me looking extremely bruised. No aftercare appointment was made for me. Also I called to ask if I was going to receive an aftercare appointment and they said they'd get someone to call back. I had 1 missed call no other contact received. Won't use again. Sorry.
