So from the beginning I have had abit of a nightmare ,I had to stay in the hospital two days on my first breast enlargement due do my co-ordinater giving me false info and saying I could change my size on the day (surgeon wanted to see me again)..iv had my boobs done twice now due to not being happy and needed revision but now im in love with my second breast implants in a week post op now , my problem has been sorted and I can’t say how good the admin and complaints team are they really keep you updated with all info and my revision was agreed so quickly which I was happy about and it was then booked in the following month .. also the nurses at the pines hospital are absolutely unbelievable!!!!! every nurse I had met both times are so lovely some of the nicest people I have met they really look after you and they go above and beyond for you, I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me. Over all I do think it’s a good company even though I have had to have two surgeries to get my final result I can’t fault the company (it’s been more the surgeons fault no one else’s ) having to have surgery again due to no fault of my own I had to take a week unpaid of work which is abit of a shame as I lost a lot of money , paid my parter in a hotel in Manchester , petrol back and forth to appointments and to Manchester hospital , I have lost a lot of money £500+ which I’m not happy about and transform basically said I signed a form saying there could be complications etc so they could not help with the costs I have lost. This is a big disappointment as I seen how helpful they have been so far I thought they would compensate at least half but obviously not . I would say see more than one surgeon I did get a bad vibe with mine he was quiet rude but I just went with it as he was the soonest available. When going in and saying I wasn’t happy ect he just blamed me and shrugged his shoulders wasn’t helpful at all! Staff are amazing surgeon not so amazing

I was happy with my surgery and the contact and information given to me before my operation. However I can't say the same for the aftercare I have received. I have had two appointments, one a week after my op then two weeks later to check how I was healing. At my second appointment I was told I'd have to book in for 6 weeks post op to see my surgeon but the book wasn't open yet, so I was told I'd be contacted to arrange. It came to 6 weeks and I realised I still hadn't heard from them so I phoned to be told the surgeon was full until the 24th of May. My op was the 16th of February! I will be making a complaint as I have paid a lot of money and feel like they have not been interested since receiving it.

Some off the receptionist are very rude and sarcastic on the phone. I don't feel they were helpful or understanding

Based on similar treatment of several years ago, I found immediate aftercare very perfunctory - no ice pack for face, no encouragement to sit quietly and recuperate before leaving. I had Botox and fillers; forehead and mouth have settled satisfactorily, but upper cheeks not too good. Still a bruise under one eye, and I'm looking a bit haggard and far from refreshed. Yes, I take blood-thinners, but the effects of bruising shouldn't last this long. Will be in London on Monday 4th April and would like a check-up. PS Things looking good now on the whole, apart from slight puffy bruising under one eye. Cheeks still looking a bit flat and hollow, but can't do anything more at the moment in case worse bruising occurs

Hi there - thanks for your review. Bruising and swelling does vary from patient to patient and this should have been clearly explained at the outset. The pre care was great and the experience on the day can't be faulted. However they gave me two garments the same size. As my swelling went down I rang up to find that I should have been given a smaller garment. I contacted transform about this and it took two full weeks for the garment to arrive even after next day delivery promises. Also I was not adviced to massage the scars until 8 weeks after my op. So in summery pre care great. Post care not so good.

Friendly consultant who did the fillers and Botox. But I'm a little disappointed in the fillers because I thought I might see the difference , But I will visit them again although I'm disappointed

Lovely friendly staff just abit disappointed my appointment wasn't seen on time. 30 mins to be seen.

Slightly disappointed that as a returning customer/patient and recommended 2 friends for surgical procedures and now come to you to have Botox and lip filler that you couldn't off a better discount on a re breast Aug..:-( so having to go for consultation else where as they r cheaper.

I have been a customer if Transform for nearly 10 years now, during which time I gained a good relationship with the non surgical consultants in the Leeds clinic. However, inevitably staff move on and there habe been a few changes made and new consultants. I feel it has lost its personal touch and familiarity with regular customers. I am more often than not kept waiting and feel I don't get any advice or opportunities to discuss my treatment like I used to. With this in mind , reluctantly I am thinking of looking elsewhere which is a shame as I have been with Transform non surgical treatments as a customer for approx 10 years

I felt that the service of the staff and the nurse at transform was very good however my visit to the private hospital wasn't. Felt unsure to what was happening, what time I was going to be take, the nurses weren't very friendly felt like they were really busy so were just doing basic checks so I asked if they were busy but they said they weren't so not really any excuse for they're lack of concern. Also when I was leaving no one even took me to the reception I just had to find the way myself, wasn't asked if I needed helped to change or anything which as you can imagine not s great service. I am happy with how my treatments looked and doctor was great just hospital was let down. Thanks

Staff were friendly and helpful. But the first evening after my operation after taking the leg pressure machine off to use the toilet they forgot to put it back on until I asked if it should be off. The next day I found out off a nurse that if they are off for more than half an hour they are inaffective and they had been off for more than that time so could have potentially ended up with a clot. On an evening because my room Was next to the nurse station I could hear the nurses chatting very loud despite the fact it was past 11 o'clock they were talking about their personal lives without much consideration for the patients getting rest after their procedures So I got out of bed and stuck tissue in my ears until I could have some sleeping tablets which the nurse asked why I had In when she came to administer my meds but they still did not keep the noise level down . I was exhausted but could not sleep for the noise. There was a huge stain on my bedding when I arrived which the nurse pointed out but made no attempt to change it as she said it would be fine. After my procedure I had a sore wrist and thought it had just had a knock this carried on for several weeks and now the vein in my left wrist is sticking over my bone and has turned Hard and lumpy down towards my hand which is really uncomfortable this is the hand my canular was in and I remember they had trouble getting it in before my op. I am pretty disappointed with the standards in the hospital with the amount of money I paid I was also a retuning customer and can not remember this happening on my first stay at the hospital. The clinic I attend is jesmond and the staff there are always lovely and friendly and willing to help out if they can.

Unfortunately there were some issues with the times for my appointment which the Reading clinic cancelled twice and had to reschedule due to the doctor needing to collect children. For this inconvenience they did offer me a complimentary micro-dermabrasion. I have been having botox for 5 years now and I have to say that it is by far the most painful I have ever experienced, almost like the need was too big, I'm not sure what it was but I never find botox painful and this was extremely painful. The morning after my treatment I woke up with a black eye and oddly not where the needle had been inserted but actually my whole lid which I found strange. As for the results, I feel that too much was used as i now have a very heavy brow feeling which again I have never had before and in fact my left eye lid is hanging over quite a bit. My forehead is very smooth however the constant heavy forehead feeling is not great.

I had fillers in and around my lips. Had this treatment a couple of times before. Have used Transform for other treatments. Transform is a place where you feel special, everyone is attentive and professional. This time I had bruising to my face which lasted 3 weeks and a sore appeared on my lip that was unsightly. Had the treatment done 4 weeks ago and it appears to be diminishing slowly already, usually last for 6 mnths. Would still use Transform again as I trust them.

I was recomended to Transform from a friend.I had high expectations and Transform did not live up to what I thought it would be.Since having to go else where (because two surgeons refused to do a Breast Uplift and Enlargement) and I was not prepared to commute to even further away clinics .I think Transform just want easy simple procedures so you are in and out and paid for.The experience was very upsetting and the environment you are in offers no discretion.My tears were for all to see as the waiting and consultation area are not very private.I must say tho the advice of what surgery was needed was spot on.I have now gone to Spire hospital Harpendon and the whole experience so far is so much more better.more privacy,the surgeon echoed what Tramsform surgeons explained but in a more friendly people manner.more easily understood.I was made to feel at ease not awkward,and feel reassured with his experience,qualifications and results he can offer.

I had Botox which showed a good result - the consultant was pleasant and informative. The price was more than I'd paid before so I expected the results to be better than previous - the issue I have is that the effects of the Botox appear not to have lasted very long. It's only 7 weeks and I have almost full movement again - I was told it would last 3 months - it didn't even last 2!!!! Shame as I was happy with the initial results - won't be going back - I'll seek an alternative option.

Hi there - Botox treatments usually last between 3-4 months depending on the patient. Sorry to hear your treatment didn't last as long. I belive I was over charged but cant seem to get that over to them I paid more than was quoted I was happy with the reception staff Michelle was lovely as was the Nurse Claire the consultant & all the day surgery staff that looked after me
