If you are awaiting a refund from this company prepare to wait and b lied to and get told no information!!! As if a company like this does not have an internal phn number straight to accounts department! “I don’t deal with refunds!” Said the woman who took my money! “ your thru to the wrong department and I’m sorry I can’t transfer you to accounts department from this phone” that was another excuse! “Refunds take 14 days!” “Refunds take 28 working days!” The date of the refund request changed 3 times! So I payed 20 th July got my refund sept 6th...very stressful!!! Only sense I got was from a lady at Glasgow office! She was truthful and very helpful even rang me back 😳 I was in shock after 7 weeks of thinking I wud never get my money back! Baring in mind all I had was a free consultation! It went wrong from beginning with them but I can’t even b bothered to write it all, to be fair it was during Covid which I accepted there wud b issues but chasing my money for a month with nobody giving me any information or telling me blatant lies was not acceptable at all!! So if anyone having refund issues I suggest ringing and say you need to pay for your treatment, they will sharp put u thru to account department! Don’t say it’s for refund, u will get put thru toblood department!!! Or try ringing Glasgow because the pines at Manchester is an absolute joke!! Good luck 👍 🍀

Bromsgrove Hospital group So originally I am from Newcastle and I went through the hospital group there in Jesmond and they were amazing. Appointments were never late, all staff absolutely amazing! No issues. I got offered a surgery date 27th August for the clinic in Bromsgrove and was extremely happy because it was very soon. Got a call 24hours before telling me to come in for just before 9am and to not eat or drink from midnight. Which I didn’t. I arrived 8:45am got very politely escorted in by the receptionists. However it’s all a bit downhill from there. It was 930am and got told that it ‘wouldn’t be long’. Then again at 1030 a lady came round and told us a patient wasn’t well so that’s why they are running late. Which is fine I respect that however 1 patient being ill and there are 8 of us waiting for surgery? It’s 1130am and still since 10pm last night when I went to sleep I have not ate or drank like told which is absolutely disgraceful as no food or fluids isn’t healthy. 12pm still waiting, no updates just seeing people go in and out who came after me and another girl sat here. 1pm still waiting, bern told ‘won’t be long since 11am. 230pm, finally got take through by a lovely man. He explained everything and was very comforting.4pm I’m still waiting and haven’t heard anything else. 445pm my surgeon came in was full of energy drew the markings on me, took some photos and told me to wait for the nurse.630pm I went down for my surgery and the staff were amazing, so chatty and comforting. Was extremely quick! When coming round off the anaesthetic there was someone will me until I felt myself I was never once left alone! When the shift of staff changed I got told I must stay in overnight which I never knew I though I was going home the same day! Got given food and drink which was so helpful because by the time I felt okay and could sit it had been 24hours since I ate. Night staff were amazing always checking up on me making me comfortable, giving painkillers and checking obvs. Felt in very safe hands. Like I said the experience overall was great however the initial admission was a terrible experience. Waiting nearly 6 hours before admission and another 4 hours on top of that before I actually went for surgery after paying the amount of money I did for this surgery is nothing but an absolute joke. Paying that much to be 10 hours waiting ! I expected a lot higher standard of respect and treatment. I am now currently trying to get myself back on track eating and drinking. I was that dehydrated and empty my skin started peeling off my hands. Overall I am happy with my breast enlargement but everything else was a terrible experience.

Hi all, I had breast augmentation&uplift in August 2019. I was told I would be a DD from a B size after surgury and choosing my implants however I am not anywhere near that size which is disappointing. The care I received at the Birmingham clinic was terrible and the nurse were rude I made complaint and only got offer kind gesture to do my lips! I have tried several time to get an app with my consultant to discuss swapping my implants but can not get in to be seen. I have too much space between breasts which was told that this is normal and a fold at bottom of my left breast. I want this issues sorting. I will take it further and will get the legal team as I am paying over £7000 for poor care and treatment

Having issues post 18+ months surgery, pain & discomfort, I called Transform asking for an appointment. They explained that my surgeon had left and it would take two months for me to get a consultation with another surgeon, I was then asked to attend A&E if symptoms got worse. After waiting two months I saw a surgeon who booked me in for surgery on Dec 16th, disappointingly, I would have to travel to Birmingham from London as Transform are no longer able to carry out surgery’s in London as they took the decision to shut down their London surgery hospital. On the day of surgery, receptionist in Birmingham could not find my details, several calls between London and Birmingham later it transpired that London Waymouth St staff had entered by dob incorrectly. Birmingham also confirmed that my surgeon wasn’t even booked to do any surgery that day and London Waymouth St advised that it was a possibility that my file had not been sent to head office for authorisation. Several apologies later, receptionist added that the London staff were useless.. not exactly reassuring.. I feel that Transform won’t be Around for long as clinics seem to be shutting down, surgeons leaving, and interest remains in new clients only. Transform seems to be running a conveyor belt system for new clients & not interested in returning customers who are not parting with cash.

I am one week post breast reduction surgery. I was back at Southampton clinic today to have my dressings changed... the nurse didn’t turn up. I was then told I could either go to Birmingham or Bristol!! Which was utterly ridiculous. My other option was they have an appointment in another 2 weeks time. That’s 3 weeks wearing the same dressing with blood still on from surgery. It’s a massive shame as I’ve received really good care up until this point. I’d read a lot of good and bad reviews and I am just gutted that I feel I’ve been let down with regards to aftercare. I am having to go to my doctors now who have said they will take a look and change the dressings. I’ve paid a hell of a lot money for private care and to be honest it’s a let down.

After being messed around several times to even get an appointment for a consultation after they booked in with a surgeon who doesn’t even do the procedure I was looking at, turned up to the appointment given and there seemed to be some issues as apparently I wasn’t even booked on the system. Waited over an hour to be taken into the consultation room which was quick and didn’t get chance to ask more questions although surgeon was lovely and understand there stretched with time. Could here memebers of staff complaining about having extra people to see , talking amongst themselves and stating things about clients which is unprofessional and rude although we are a burden on them aleast speak quietly. Need better customer service skills with clients I wouldn’t say they are very approachable people considering the job they are in ( helping people feel better about themselves) . Not very nice atmosphere to be in and need to be more efficient.

Had ear setback otoplasty and after a few years started to get pain behind my ears, I called to make an appointment and was told that I would be called back, after 5 times of trying over several months I called again and was told that they couldn't find my file. I then booked a brand new consultation and had three call within 4 days and emails and text messages. Aftercare sucks, they only seem to want new business and to hell with the rest.

Having had a breast enlargement 10 years ago, the right one showed signs of capsulation and because of their age, I decided to replace them with transform. I had them done at about £5000. Within 3 weeks, the capsulation started again so I had consultations with Dr Lutz, as to what Transform were going to do to help me. She researched a company who produce implants that are much less likely to capsulate and I agreed to have them done again. Then I was told it was an extra cost of £1.250. I was devastated. I wrote to head office asking about their customer satisfaction and asking if they would waive the extra money. They refused and now I was stuck with the capsulating breasts or pay up and have the new ones! I was so upset. I had to pay and now have what I consider a slightly wonky pair of breasts. I had an appointment after surgery with the nurse in Maidstone, then they called and said she was sick that day and they would call me to arrange another when she returned. That was Friday 9th June is year, and I am still waiting for that appointment. I will be interests to see if this review a tally makes someone give me a ring and an apology? Somehow I doubt it

Had a large cyst removed by Mr Nardini, who told me would never grow back but it did. Tried to speak to him about regrow th and hit brick wall with the admin staff there. Anyhow had second opinion and told it had been done totally wrong hence the regrow th and ugly 4inch scar across my chest. Not impressed with Transform on this occasion. Could have given the money to charity.

Over all service I received from Transform was very poor! If it hadn't be for my brilliant surgeon I would have not chosen transform!

I had my surgery done with Mr Ahmed on 9/01/2016 and I was due to see him for a consultation on the 16/04/2016 and was told he is cancelling that appointment as he is not in the country. I am not happy with my surgery and have to wait 5 months to see the surgeon again on 16/05/2016. I f I was told that I would not be able to see my surgeon for this long and did not even see him after my op, I would never have booked in with Transform.

As advised, I am disappointed with the results of the voluma treatment I had on Friday 12/2/16 as the naso labial folds and 'marionette lines on the left hand side of my face actually look worse after the treatment! On contacting you I was advised to leave this for at least 2 weeks and ring you if these had not improved and I duly did so on Wednesday 2nd March to say this still looked the same. I was assured by a very nice lady that someone would ring me back to discuss this but as yet I have not been contacted! I am sorry to say therefore, after spending a considerable amount of money on my treatment, I am very disappointed! I would very much welcome your comments Regards Caroline Corley 07747755345

Not very good considering I've had an infection and my breadt are now leaking milk n can't afford perscription that is £70 and my breadt are odd sizes

The procedure itself, and overnight stay in the hospital were fine/good. But to be honest after 2 and a half months I don't see any difference in appearance after the procedure and I'm not happy with the results. I appreciate there may still be swelling, but the definition is unlikely to change and as a result the intended results have not been met.

Really disappointed as I ended up not having any treatment. I continually received emails advising I had over £100 bonus points on my card and could use them towards a treatment. I booked an appointment referring to the offer and again mentioned the offer when I arrived for my appointment and everyone was fine. I then went for the consultation and agreed what I was having and was asked to pay before it was done - good job too as I was then told the offer was no longer valid!!! I've now got over £100 on my loyalty card and yet had no treatment - total waste of time :-(

After having to wait more than 10 minutes on the lift to get to the floor, we arrived to a shouting match at the reception, which staff looked very unprofessional rolling their eyes at the lady who was clearly upset. So after managing to speak to the receptionist we sat and waited before being taken to see the member of staff about the laser hair removal, was completly dismissive due to my hair colour (natural red) yet at to point did she feel the hair nor did she look at it under a light, or see would have seen that the hair is brown. Then she tells my mum she can have laser and then says no because at this point she has just read the book we had to fill out. Took more time to dismiss, diss and trash other methods and profeasionals rather than their own product. Found it very unprofessional from before we even walked in to the minute we walked out.

I choose transform on the basis that they had there own hospitals and that they were a well established company. I went for my consultation and being me and I was completely taken in however when it came to surgery and the process it was ridiculous. While laying there waiting to go to sleep I had people talking over me on the phone, I was asked to get to the hospital early and was left waitin around for an hour in the reception. The food was foul, and I felt like I was just about couple of thousand to them. I due for my 3 month sign off and I can honestly say I would never use this company again! Although they talk the talk honestly the customer appreciation is non-existent! I did not have much of a say in the procedure and infact the actual procedure I undertook was never fully explained! They will say we're always here however when I tried to get in to contact with my nurse I never got a phone call back and when I saw her next and asked her she had no knowledge! I can truely say if your looking in to getting anything done make sure you keep your options open because transform is not about you it's about your money!
