In 2019 I had breast Surgery by Dr Renato Zaccheddu under Hospital group. My surgeon was wonderful, my surgery went well and I was really happy with my results. Unfortunatelly i started experiencing uncomfortable pain in one of my breasts towards the end of 2021. I tried to contact Hospital group few months later as the pain did not subside. I was made aware that Hospital group had emerged into Transform, therefore I would be dealing with them from now on. I called the Manchester branch at Transform and managed to get an appointment with a Dr for a check up, which unfortunatelly I had to cancel after falling ill with Covid. Several weeks later I called again and spoke to a lady called Mary on reception to reschedule my appointment. Mary told me she was not able to get me an appointment. I was told to see my GP and get a referral to a breast clinic where I had to undergo a scan for any potential underlying issues. I felt I was not met with the same respect or empathy after speaking with Mary, And I only remember her name as I had rang several times to get throught to somone else aiming to get an appointment, but each time Mary answered and she was not willing to give me one, untill I got answers from the referral. I went to see my GP and waited to be referred to a breast clinic. Which took a long while. I was frustrated as this was not necessary in the first place. While I was waiting I messaged my surgeon that did my operation who was now working In Milan and was happy to see me there straight away if i was to fly over. I explained my situation to which he replied that only a Dr after a consultation at Transform should have referred me to a breast clinic if he thought this was necessary, not a receptionist. Later on in the year of 2022 I finally managed to get an appointment at Transform after getting all clear from the breast clinic. I was met by Mr Cheema, who was late for my appointment, investigated me briefly and basically told me there was nothing wrong (my sergion Dr Zaccheddu, had said by the looks of it the implant could have flipped, proof can be provided.) This was not mentioned in my meeting with Mr Cheema, he told me if i wanted a revision surgery there would be a 50/50 chance that it would subside the pain. I felt rushed and pushed out of the door, as I was still asking questions and he told me to continue with the nurse as he had another appointment. The nurse told me that if I wanted a revision I would not be covered by Tranform. That I had gone over my 3 year "warranty period". I feel that the care and customer support I received with Hospital group was second to none, whereas dealing with Tranform was a totally different story. I would have still been under Warranty if my time would have not been jeopardised by Mary. Someone who is not a health practitioner but a surgery receptionist. As the pain still continues I can honestly say I have had a very unpleasant experience. I had hoped to have been treated with more care. Since dealing with Transform and sharing my story with other people I have come across other Transform patients who also have had terrible experiences. I paid more money to have warranty I should have been treated better. The company "policies" if that's what you can call it.. have been designed to not treat those who have already undergone and paid for their surgery. Very disappointing.

You take the absolute mick You take the absolute mick! Had surgery feb straight away I knew something was wrong woth the tummy tuck paid for 2 areas of lipo got 1 ! Got palmed off wait 6 months then my surgeon left! Then I saw 2 more surgeons that didn’t want to do the revision as not their work ! I have every consultation recorded where they admitted liability from the two surgeons who refused from Amanda Ross at Fulham who kept palming me off I have emails texts the lot ! Absolute joke! Amd pls don’t tell me your going under changes as I spoke to my surgeon on his private phone and he told me you’d never contacted him to do any revision! I have that in writing too! Thief’s

Medical neglect and discrimination lie no other. Spent the last month and half trying to get in touch but met with no response no matter how many times I call. Biggest regret of my life allowing this company to perform surgery on me.

I’ve paid £500 for a deposit for a surgery that I didn’t have an advice or consultation before. After the consultation luckily the surgeon has refused to go ahead with the surgery as I was not suitable for it. Was told not to worry as i would be refunded at a maximum of 6 weeks wait..Its now been 3 months and i am still not had the £500 refund.. They don't answer the phone.. Debora Ree who was my agent just ignore my texts and calls, They don't reply to emails.. They do not contact you in anyway to say why there has been no refund.. Be smart and go elsewhere.

READ IF THEY STOLE FROM YOU. If they haven't given your refund back, there is still a way to make them pay up. I was owed £7,500 and every time I called them about it they just hung up! I went to COBRA Debt collectors and in less than a week they got %100 of my money back and even made them pay an extra grand to cover cobra's service fee. All I had to pay Cobra in the end was %10, £750. I found that very reasonable. I'm the 3rd transform patent they have helped, they can help you get your money back from these theives. I have reported them to the police, action fraud and the government's trading standards. I think everyone else on here should do the same, and hopefully one day their criminal organisation will be brought down.

I went to Transform Manchester 4/9/2000 for consultaion, turns out to be with Mr Mahdi, he didn't show me any inplants, just said i can have 34C and that was that. i paid up front for my operation £3,200, went to altrincham to this so called house, in a room there were seven other ladies, all withscreens round, he came to me, drew on my chest and left, in turn i had to walk to the operating room, 45 minutes later i was in another large room with the other ladies, plus a man who had a nose job right next to me. i was disgusted as on the adverts on TV about Transform, each woman got a private room, what a load of lies!! My Inplants were large and hard, i was told that they would settle down, three months later, i went back with my daughter to see Mr Mahdi , telling him they are hard and the right inplant was wrinkly, he said unless i had another £3,200 ther was nothing he could do. 21 years later i can't lie down on my front, can never have a massage, just very upset and angry that he makes a killing financially on women like me. i would like an explanation

Had rhinoplasty with Mr Nathan - never been happy with it, been ignored by the company. Have had further consultations who have confirmed it is badly done.

Absolutely shocking company and service I booked in to have a procedure and due to a health condition and also the fact my advisor laura jellyman made absolutely no contact with me whatsoever,I wanted to cancel Nothing was explained properly and the payments didn't add up.i wasn't sure on what to pay and when to pay it,I was promised surgery dates that were being pushed back and whenever I'd email her or ring her,her phone would ring through or I would get no response.voicemails were left,txt messages etc all just because I had a couple of questions that weren't explained properly and wanted my mind putting at rest.another thing was that Laura's attitude was that she didn't care,she was eating food while on the phone to me,couldn't wait to get off the phone and rushed everything. She would keep saying "don't worry hannah" but the way she was had me no choice but to worry.i would call transform and they would say "they can't help" and revert me back to laura this was SO frustrating as I was nervous about my surgery and wanted that peice of mind and reassurance.....I feel once I had paid my £500 deposit she didn't want to know and got zero support When I cancelled,I was told that I was in my 14 day cooling off period and they would honour my refund.4 weeks on ,nothing in my account so had to call over 10 times to get through to someone to tell me the refunds department would call .e back.when the refunds department ,4 days later,called me back they then said at no suprise to me"they couldn't help either?!?!?!?!" I have now been told my refund was only processed FIVE DAYS AGO! And I now have to wait another 3 weeks for it.now I'm still awaiting another pointless callback from the refunds team. This company is a joke and dont waste your money with them.go with a company that can offer good communication support and guidance throughout your journey. I will certainly be escalating this as a formal complaint and will be requesting compensation

Didn't bother calling me for my phone consultation. No email to apologise, nothing. Definitely wouldn't trust them if they can't even get the initial step correct

I'd thought for so long about getting a rhinoplasty, as from the side profile I had a bump which I hated. From the front, my nose was okay. I had a consultation with a surgeon there who explained the procedure, and I told him I didn't want a lot changed, just the bump removed, and still look natural. On the day of the operation, I was told the surgeon wasn't there, but I should go ahead with the op, and a different surgeon, Dr Nathan, would operate? I met him for about 30 seconds before the operation, and he didn't discuss anything, but I was assured he was brilliant and I'd be so happy with his work!! The anaesthetist didn't come to speak to me before my op either, which I found worrying? I should have heard the warning bells ringing loudly, but this had been planned, time off work booked, no alcohol for 2 weeks before etc. When I came round from op and saw my nose, even with the cast on, it looked very upturned. I was assured this was normal, and it would drop and go back into a normal position?? That didn't happen. I was left with an overly upturned nose, with uneven showing nostrils. The surgeon didn't ever call me back to check on anything, I had to force the appointment for the "Aftercare" which is non existent. He said my nose was fine, and he couldn't see a problem? I also have a blocked nostril one side, so my breathing has been made worse. I have basically paid this terrible company to disfigure me. I tried to get further appointments, but once they have your money and your op is done, they don't want to know. I regret everyday that I went to Transform.

Avoid at all costs, been under the knife 3 times now and looks like I have been sewn up by Dr Frankenstein or better still his monster. No communication or aftercare. They wont accept any responsibility, will not

I had a tummy tuck at abbey pines Manchester by mr Mahdi and it’s worse now than it ever was . Absolutely destroyed all my confidence all the muscles have collapsed it looks disgusting avoid at all costs !!!!!

Absolutely awful. This company is only after your money. The surgeons are independent and just work under this name to get there customers. BEWARE!!!!!! Once all the smiley faces have gone and they have your money do the surgery it goes wrong the surgeon leaves. There is no client after care for revision this isn’t the old hospital group. I don’t know who has taken it over but the surgeons are incompetent. The staff are full of small talk. Do not use surgeons through transforms do your own private revision on your procedure and highly experienced surgeons

When I say my complaint is ongoing with Transform, I mean it was submitted in Nov, and all that's happened so far is holding emails, and then their computers went down so they lost everyone's info... However, I do also have a known city newspaper onside, interested in this cowboy company-swings and roundabouts! **EVERYONE WITH A BAD EXPERIENCE - REPORT TO WAYCHDOG AND TRADING STANDARDS. WITH THE COLLATED INFO, SOMETHING CAN GET DONE!** My Surgery Day - Manchester Pines Hospital - 26th August 2020. I was told my surgery would be at 12pm, I was there for 11.30am. My partner and I had travelled by train, we don't drive. He couldn't join due to Covid restrictions, we said bye and off he went to kill time until he could come get me. I was signed in and shown up to the ward by a nice bloke, just after 12pm. I was shown my room, asked to shower with a certain soap, put on a gown, and I'd be picked up by a nurse shortly. And then that was it - Nothing. I was just left there... For 8 hours in total. The door had been closed, I was just in my 4 walls, left to wonder. I'd ring my partner periodically, concerned he was wandering solo around Manchester. Staff weren't communicating with me. Was I on a list? If I at least knew that, I could have planned around it. I'd pop my head out of the door, asking for info, and get told to wait in my room and someone would be sent. Every time I'd ask the nurses taking my vitals what was happening, they'd just shrug me off and tell me, "soon". It wasn't "soon". It was another 2, 3, 4 hours...until it was pushing 6pm. In came the surgeon himself, Dr Mahdi. Said I was next, gave me another cluster of paperwork to sign. He seemed flustered. The whole thing then, smelt like trying to squeeze extra surgeries in after the postponements due to Covid. It showed. But this was it - I was next. I let my partner know. It was dark now, and I was worried about him being in Manchester alone. He was furious at the staff's neglect. The anaesthetist came in for about 10 seconds, just to introduce himself, then disappeared. I now know that he was supposed to give me a full run down of what will happen before I went in to theatre. I even have the paperwork given by Transform, saying the topics he should've covered. Another 45mins further, Dr Mahdi appeared again, flustered, begging me to let another lady have her surgery first, she was "quite distressed". I said as long as this was still happening for me, I'd give my spot, despite being pretty distressed myself. He promised. Again I was left waiting, closer to 8pm now. None of the nurses cared about me crying in my doorway. They just carried on past me, like they saw this all of the time. Then, a new nurse walks in. Says I can't have my surgery today. It's too late, the staff are going home, it'd be unsafe to carry it out. Obviously I hit the roof, probably saying how unacceptable the whole ordeal had been. She told me to wait, and then disappeared. I stood in the doorway in tears, waiting like before, and some nurse that I had never seen before, walked past me, giggled, and told me to "chill". Unbelievable. Dr Mahdi then ran in, saying not to worry, he'd convinced a few staff to stay later, and that they can just about fit me in...What a mess. I just about managed to get my partner booked in to a hotel for the night. I guessed I was going to be too out-of-it for us to make it home. Of course, it would have been lovely to have actually heard that advice from one of the staff..! 😂 I had told at least 3 of them about my situation. I was told by nurse Jackie that I could have a refund for the hotel payment, as it shouldn't have happened. She gave me the ward telephone number. I've since left 3 voice mails and have never been called back. Out of all of this shambles, the one thing that did go well for me, has been the surgery itself. My new boobs are perfect. As for AFTERCARE..? I was told, right from the start, to be free to see the surgeon at 6weeks postsurgery, to see how I was healing. I was told at my 2-week dressing-change, that this might get pushed to 8 weeks, due to catching up after the lockdown... ...To this day? 5 MONTHS healed? Not. One. Phone. Call. Not a single phone call, from anyone, to see how I was. The cherry on top? It turns out that 1-2weeks post-surgery, specific breast massage is REALLY important, to prevent capsular contraction - NO ONE AT ANY POINT TOLD ME THIS. Not in the clinic appointments, not in the hospital... I found out on Google while I was looking up my own aftercare!! On the 4th attempt at Transform's diabolical phone lines, I finally got through to the clinic, to which their response was..."No one ever told you...?" I remember sitting at the initial consultation, the affirmation that all my aftercare would be included in the price. And just now, I've had a call, 5months healed, asking to sign off with the surgeon! I've declined to sign anything, until my complaint is resolved. There are so many bad reviews, but more unreported in the RealSelf and Mya forums. Avoid!

I booked a video consultation for breast augmentation on 3rd August 2020 and was told I would need to pay a £500.00 deposit before booking. I paid and had the consultation the following day - appalling surgeon and experience. I decided to cancel and requested a refund. I was told it would be processed. Nearly 2 months later and I still haven’t received it. Every time I call "no one can help me as it’s the accounts department but they will chase for me" been sending the same emails everyday to which I only get a response if it’s to threaten I am taking to a claims court. I’ve received some calls to say my refund has been processed and I will receive it by the end of the week, then I get another call the following week to say they need to take a reason for cancelling before they can process the refund. EVERYONE WHO IS IN THE SAME SITUATION, REPORT TO WATCHDOG & TRADING STANDARDS ONLINE. It’s free and will ensure something is done by this thieving company. I’ve since had my BA done with MYA and 4 weeks PO, fantastic company and a different standard of professionalism and communication than this atrocious service. Transform have contacted me today to let me know it’ll be issued mid October, which will be over 3 months. I’m not accepting this and going to small claims and the police for theft now.

Cancelled after a free consultation. They expected me to drive to Milton Keynes from Cardiff for the proper consultation and then have my surgery in Birmingham even though there is a branch in Cardiff? Cancelled and was told 28 days for my £500 deposit. 28 days has been and gone and a girl calls me and wants to know my reason for cancelling and tells me the money will be with me in 2 days. Still nothing! Have sent multiple emails to the patient advisor that took my money but she is not replying to me. Scam company don’t use them! Loads of bad reviews about their surgeries too.

They are scam company they take your deposit and promise refund if you change your mind. Weeks of asking for my money back I never get it Other reviews say the same and the surgeon Lahoud is not good . Do not give them a penny
