I had Rhinoplasty with Dr Lahoud in November 2015. I had done a lot of research and found a mixed set of reviews regarding transform. One thing i noticed from peoples reviews was to ensure that i made it clear to the surgeon what i wanted. Unfortunately after repeatedly informing the surgeon what i wanted i can see from the result this wasn't taken on board. I'm now looking at a revision with a another practice. Initially i chose transform as the price was reasonable. However in the long run its going to cost a lot more now.

Having had a breast enlargement 10 years ago, the right one showed signs of capsulation and because of their age, I decided to replace them with transform. I had them done at about £5000. Within 3 weeks, the capsulation started again so I had consultations with Dr Lutz, as to what Transform were going to do to help me. She researched a company who produce implants that are much less likely to capsulate and I agreed to have them done again. Then I was told it was an extra cost of £1.250. I was devastated. I wrote to head office asking about their customer satisfaction and asking if they would waive the extra money. They refused and now I was stuck with the capsulating breasts or pay up and have the new ones! I was so upset. I had to pay and now have what I consider a slightly wonky pair of breasts. I had an appointment after surgery with the nurse in Maidstone, then they called and said she was sick that day and they would call me to arrange another when she returned. That was Friday 9th June is year, and I am still waiting for that appointment. I will be interests to see if this review a tally makes someone give me a ring and an apology? Somehow I doubt it

I’ll start with my pre op screening which i had done on the 2nd June 2015 at the Sheffield clinic. My operation was booked for the 30th June 2015 and i heard nothing until three days before my operation where i was told by the nurse that i had MRSA and would need to come in to receive treatment. I carried out the treatment and had three consecutive results come back with as negative for MRSA. It was then that i found out it takes 48 hours for the result to come back. In the three weeks and four days after my pre op screening i was not contacted to let me know that i had MRSA and that i needed treatment, If i had been told in time i would have been able to have the treatment, which i had to pay for (would have expected that transform would have provided this for free as its a private company) and had the three consecutive MRSA tests done before my operation date. After i had the all clear from MRSA i was then called up and given a date for the end of August as July was fully booked. Shortly after this i had another call to then say that the surgeon had cancelled all of his August appointments and the earliest operation date would be the 3rd of September. I was due to start college on the 4th of September and had to start two weeks late as a result of this. I had carefully planned when i wanted to have the procedure done so that i would have had six weeks to recover whilst my son was off school and before i started college. I understand that sometimes things don't go to plan but i wont accept that my operation date had been set back three times due to lack of competence. I arrived for my operation at 10am to be operated on at 2pm. I was put into a shared room with a very loud crude woman, i chose to pull the curtain across and ignore her. I didn't end up going up to theatre until 6pm! I came out of surgery at 8pm in hope for a peaceful night sleep after waiting all day being anxious and hungry. From the minuet i was taken back down to my room to the minute the woman left the next day was excruciatingly uncomfortable. This woman was on FaceTime to her family, exposing herself and showing off her breast augmentation which she clearly wasn't happy with. I had to listen to her moaning and dramatically crying all night. When she fell asleep she then began to snore loudly and sleep talk. She was making threats to the nurses and about the surgeon who had done her surgery. The nurses apologised profusely to me for her behaviour and suggested i complain as i shouldn't have to endure that kind of behaviour being a private patient. The nurses were brilliant, they couldn't move me to a different room as the hospital was full but i appreciated how sympathetic they were to me. I have a short video footage of the woman if you would like me to send an attachment please let me know. I came in for my stitches to be removed and all was healing well, I am pleased with the results so far apart from a tiny piece of bone that seems to have been left sticking out on the bridge of my nose. I came back for my appointment on the 4th November to see the surgeon Dr Ahmed. Dr Ahmed was 70 minutes late to my appointment and when i asked about the bone on the bridge of my nose he dismissed it and said he wont look at my nose until all the swelling has gone down. This was the original complaint i sent to transform. Since sending this letter i received a £200 refund for my disturbed night which i do not feel is a decent amount. I paid for private care i deserve to get my moneys worth. I have not been given a date for any after care appointments of which there should have been a total of three since my appointment on the 4th November. I now have great difficulty breathing through my nose and breath through my mouth 90% of the time. When i do breath though my nose it in uncomfortable. I have pain in my nose when i do so and i feel light headed from the lack of oxygen. I have also noticed that when i sneeze or sniff my nose almost vibrates. The top bones on my nose ( I believe to be the nasal bone ) are clearly visible and my nose almost looks collapsed whilst the bottom of my nose is still thick which is one of the things i had asked to be reduced. Hence the “OPEN rhinoplasty” that i paid extra money for. Although it is clear that work has been done to my nose and that the large bump is now removed and a little tissue from the end of my nose has been taken away i still have a large nose with added breathing difficulties. I do not wish for Dr Ahmed to work on my nose again. There is absolutely no way i would trust him or maybe even anyone to touch my nose again after this horrific ordeal. My complaint has been ignored for over a year and i have now been neglected by not receiving any further after treatment. I urge you to deal with this matter immediately as it has already caused a big enough stress to my life. I will not leave this matter to go unnoticed for yet another year, i will take appropriate action. I have attached photos. I received a letter saying the date on the letter was wrong. This place has truly treated me awfully and are unable to admit that they have don't any wrong. Discussing! Cow boy surgeons. STAY CLEAR

I had my nose done hear 8year ago wen i come around i was told i died i was rushed to hospital and spent 10days in i c u all i was told is i had no oxegen and that my lungs had filled with blood my nostrals are differemt shapes so they must of just rushed it after the complacations and to this day i was not told wot happend to me fully truefuly after being rushed out of ther clinic to hospital i nerver hurd from them

Disgusted on the way they treat you, take your money give you a service your not happy with and won't correct it, the insurance means nothing the number on the pack isn't even valid and when waiting to see someone they keep you waiting over an hour

Totally dissatisfied, I had breast augmentation and although I went back regarding the pain,and the fact the implants hadn't dropped I was fobbed off, now I've been to another company and it's going to cause me £8295 to have it corrected!!!! Absolutely furious and seriously considering suing for the cost of corrective surgery and loss of wages!!!

have you closed down the Moortown branch. I have been twice for creams but you are never open. Noone there at 4.30 today and no one there at 2.45pm on Saturday 29.04.17 ? what are your opening hours. really cross as it took me an hour to get there and your website showed that you were open.

I have a ba booked for the 16th of April, however I have chosen not to go ahead with it because Transform have not made me feel comfortable, welcomed or taken seriously. My consultation with the surgeon was cancelled and I was only told 3 days before (I had to wait over a month just to get the consultation with him in the first place!) it was booked for 21/03/17. I had my first consultation with my patient co ordinator on the 8/02/17. then they tried telling me I had to wait until the 11th of April to get another one, however because I kicked up such a fuss they then suddenly had a 'cancellation' for the week after being the 28/03/17. I arrived at my consultation with the surgeon, had to wait for roughly 40 minutes to be seen. The surgeon wouldn't be very helpful when asking what implant size he thinks would look natural on me and what wouldn't (they do not have every implant size, so you can only try on about 4!), however I understand that isn't the surgeons fault, it is the companies. Once that was done I was then told I couldn't make a payment and wasn't guaranteed a bed because what they needed for me to pay they didn't have, weird right? It's almost as if they didn't want me to get it done! Anyway, I was then told not to worry, I would still have a bed guaranteed if I transferred the £500 deposit as soon as the bank transfer details were sent to me, which I did do as soon as I received the details about an hour later, however I was then told there were no more available spaces for the 16th of April AFTER giving them my £500 deposit and would have to wait until the 30th of April. As you can tell, I was not happy so decided to call the website, because my patient co-ordinater was not helpful in the slightest, would actually ignore my emails to her and reply a few days later or not at all. Despite being told that I could eventually have it done on the 16th because I rang the website it self and expressed how upset and disappointed I was, I have now come to the conclusion that I have no confidence in transform whatsoever and do not want to go ahead with the breast augmentation with them, I'm going to go somewhere else. It'll be a miracle if I actually get my £500 deposit back too! I would say this place is only helpful to patients that are either YouTube famous/bloggers !! Save yourself time, and money ladies. X

Went for Brest implant I healed well the other is rock solid due to tissue Surgeon not willing to do any thing until guaranty is nearly up with them. Poor service go to MYA

Had my operation at Transform Brentford, Riverside Clinic in Dec 2015 - met with my surgeon 3 weeks after for my post op and found out I had a rib deformity on my right side which should've been brought to my attention before my op. I was told my implant will not sit right because of this. 3 months after my surgery I went back due to a lump found which was causing me discomfort, my surgeon did not care and told me it had nothing to do with my operation and I should book a GP appointment as 'it could be more serious'. After being referred to Kingston Cancer outpatients ward by my GP I got the all clear. Leaving the problem for a further 9 months my (right) implant became extremely hard and the pain was unbearable which resorted me into calling Transform for further advice. November 2016 I met with my surgeon again and he told me the same thing that there wasn't anything wrong, I asked him to feel my implant and he staged 3 me capsule contraction which I needed to be operated on for (there are 4 stages). Today 28th Feb I am booked in for a pre op with the nurse and I requested a relative to be in the room with me as I do not feel comfortable or want to be lied to anymore, she was very rude and not understanding in why I feel this way. Having my boobs done here was the biggest mistake of my life as they are worse than what I had before any operation. Transform work more like a factory than a supportive clinic. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY COSMETIC PROCEDURES.

I arrived for my consultation today to be told they were running aprox 50minutes late. As if this wasn't bad enough the receptionist Cassie was extremely rude to me and even laughed in my face when I asked why they hadn't called me given I had travelled over an hour to get there. The way I was treated by her completely put me off using Transform all together and I will be booking my procedure else where.

I haven't even had my operation yet I was meant to be going in on the 16th of June to get my breast enhancement but it turned out that the surgeon had wrote down the wrong size and now they cannot get the size I want because the company that makes the implants doesn't have any of the size I wanted in. Now my surgery has been postponed until they get them in and have an appointment ready which they are saying may not be until July the 14th it's a joke I left myself skint to pay for this so I could get it done this month and now I have to play the waiting game while being in the dark as to when my surgery will go ahead and this is all through no fault of my own I feel like just asking for my money back and going somewhere else

Very dissapointed with results of mole removal, Have been left left with bad scarring leading to very low self confidence , completely regret my decision to have cosmetic surgery at transform

I am very pleased with the results, after years of back pain and insecurity because of my large breasts ( i had a small frame and DD ) I wish I had went ahead and done it years ago as I now feel like a new woman.

Please avoid this company. Breast aug completed last July and have completely ruined my breasts. Surgeon has left the company so been reviewed by another. Mr Norfolk is advising I should now get an uplift and pay!! Avoid this company as the customer care is horrendous, as is the outcome of my surgery!!!! I am in process of seeking legal advice

They are the most unprofessional company. Did you know that you no that Apparently you are not (covered) with the so what 10 year warranty ? The coordinators say that you are covered, In the event of rupture ,I have evidence of this to saying that you are covered in result of the rupture free of charge! to have replacement with your guaranteed extended warranty or 3 year warranty! I have received a letter as I have a ruptured implant which was in the (three years) and they are now expecting me to pay £3000 to re-correct them !! Absolutely shocking!!!! stay well away from Transform the reviews that you are seeing offer you real people who have experienced real life trauma due to a poor practice. My implant as a rupture and this has impacted on my health. have been so unwell and the pain off I’m experiencing is another level, to the point where I have been hospitalised. I thought I would be protected but it appears not. They have misplaced records !!!and they are not admitting liability! I had my surgery in June 2014 I contacted Transform in February 2017 within the three year and now they are saying that I am not covered . The reviews that you are seeing are real people who unfortunately have experienced horrendous ordeals. The company I find to be unprofessional. Isn’t it funny the way things go missing and clerical errors happen?to help them out they have lied saying that I didn’t pay for 10 year extended warranty as it’s (not) on their system ? but then also contradicted themselves saying that it doesn’t mean that you would have been covered even with that ??? My whole experience of Transform is absolutely disgusting . If you do not read these reviews and you go against them and think that the other reviews that are good experiences are all true! then go ahead, but I assure you now in due time you could end up in the exact same situation as I have and many more. I would never write a review to slander a company,but I do not want anybody else going through the experiences that I have been through . Take a word of advice spend your money somewhere else ! Also be extremely vigilant about what you’re listening to when at your consultation . Make sure that you use your credit card to pay for your £150 extended warranty make sure you get a receipt because things go missing in Transform! Because they don’t give you a receipt ir any documents saying you have it but their word , so basically it’s just on their system so they say. My ordeal has been going on for over two years. I am on regular medication and the doctors and hospital are very aware of what is happened. The pain that I am going through is unreal, not only that I have had to put my life on hold because I cannot do anything like I use to gym etc. Transform have ruined my life! These last few years, The only thing they have transformed is my life going from normality to hell. I have faith in the justice system, and I have faith that it will correct itself ,but for them to put me through this horrendous. There is so much I could write about I would be writing a Bible. I had Corrective surgery on the right breast with transform 2 weeks after surgery because the surgeon had not cauterised the blood Vessels which made me end up in hospital! not only that he left the company so I was left with another surgeon to correct it.I thought I’ll be fine but then years later the right breast was ruptures I believe this was like this for many years but was only brought to my attention at a later date when experiencing the pain. Look at the pictures of my breasts I’m a young woman I am absolutely mortified everytime I look at myself in the mirror .

Had ear setback otoplasty and after a few years started to get pain behind my ears, I called to make an appointment and was told that I would be called back, after 5 times of trying over several months I called again and was told that they couldn't find my file. I then booked a brand new consultation and had three call within 4 days and emails and text messages. Aftercare sucks, they only seem to want new business and to hell with the rest.

worst company ever so regret having the procedure and using them bad service, had breast surgery had lots of infections ever since would not go any where near them , the doctor was foreign was not even bothered that it was a botched job DONT GO THERE
