After my first rhinoplasty procedure I was devasted that a few months down the line I now had a bump in the middle of my nose that was not previously there. The surgeon subsequently agreed to a revision and I had a second procedure carried out. The results took most of the bump away but unfortunately there is still a small bump there and my nose still is not what I originally asked for. I returned to transform to speak with a director and he advised against a third procedure as he said the risks were high that my nose may develop indents and look even worse. I would not recommend transform and I regret paying £4,000 to this company and in hindsight I wish I would have done further research before my operation and used a different surgeon.

It is now just over two weeks since I had Botox. I am very disappointed. I still have lines between my eyebrows and at the sides of my eyes and upper cheeks where I had the injections. Surely after two weeks I would be able to see an improvement.

Hi there - Botox usually 'kicks in' after an average of 10 days. We advise patients who are not seeing the results they expected to go back to the clinic for a possible 'top up' treatment. I'll arrange for someone from your clinic to give you a call. Thanks

Don't be filled by the advertised low prices, they are just trying to get you through the door but then reality kicks in. I got attracted by advertised £180 lip filler procedure. Attended the initial appointment with the manager and again got quoted £180 - £375. At the initial appointment I was advised that the £180 option is a filler only used for old ladies to fill in lip lines and that minimum they would recommend is £220 half a mil option to achieve any augmentation effect. After few days after swelling gone down I couldn't see any difference what so ever so I went back for advice. Lovely lady in office advised me that I need another half mil for £220 to get any effect, joke right? So basically I paid £220 for no result :( I've already booked myself to my local salon for another full mill for £280 as opposed to £440 with Tranform. Really disappointed. On a plus side all ladies I dealt with were lovely but the pricing and service is below average, avoid! Lucie

Hi there - really sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your treatment or our pricing. The prices we show are always 'from' and a final cost is given after a consultation with one of our practitioners as every patient is different in terms of the product they need and the quantity. We only use high quality products and have clinical staff administering treatments, which is very different to what a salon will provide. Thanks

I needed filler to fill up the skin. recieveved one on ehe jawl lines making the sunken areas become even more sunken. did not get what was asked for.... If additional injections too were required aswell as the three to achieve the affect I had requested I should have been informed to budget accordingly before going ahead with the procedure. So I'm not really too pleased. However the staff were very polite and lovely

I came to have above my lip done i don't feel she did it as good as i have had it done before. Also it had gone up significently in price from the last time i came

Hi there - sorry to hear that you weren't completely happy with your last treatment. If you aren't happy, you should call your clinic within a week of having the treatment to request a follow up appointment - at this appointment, you'll have the opportunity talk through your concerns etc. The practitioner may be able to offer up a top up if required. The final price depends on the product used and how much was injected. Thanks and all the best

I have never had this before, but even after a top up 3 weeks later the lines are still there. I am talking to my practitioner again on Wednesday but don't relish more needles in my face.

I attended a consultation, which was with the patient co-ordinator. On this visit I was informed that for a short wait I could see the surgeon. I waited 45 minutes to be told he had to leave. I rebooked this appointment with the reception, to then receive a call from the co-ordinator asking how my appointment with the surgeon went (lack of communication). I'd mentioned it didn't go ahead, so she apologised and asked if I'd like to rebook - advising I had already she wished me luck. I then visited a second time to see the surgeon, he was lovely & gave me confidence. However, what he told me has been different to the other 3 consults I've had elsewhere. I didn't hear from the company for a month after the consultation. I contacted them, as there was known from the co-ordinator. Because of this lack of communication I decided to go elsewhere. I informed them I'd be going elsewhere and then received an email advising that WHEN I was ready to book to get in touch. Obviously not listening to me when I said I'd be going else where. If the communication in Transform had been better and their contact with me, I may have decided differently. Especially as I've been with them before and had a fantastic service from start to finish. Very disappointing experience this time around.

I went to the birmingham clinic for a breast enlargement/uplift consultation. The first lady i saw was very nice, welcoming and made me feel at ease. I then went back to the clinic at a later date to have a consultation with my surgeon. It was a german lady with light hair (cant remember her name). She was unbelievably rude from the moment i walked in. Without introducing herself or even saying hello, she told me to take my top off. She then told me to choose a size implant to try on. She didnt assist me at all, and in fact was going through other paperwork on her desk that had nothing to do with my consultation. She questioned me as to why i wanted the procedure, as i havent had children and am 27. I explained to her my reasons, and then went on to ask further questions but she told me there was nothing else she could tell me. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and i left the clinic in tears as she had made me feel stupid for even being there. The clinic is lovely, and the girls on reception and the 1st lady i saw were lovely, but there is no way i would ever use transform now because of that surgeon!!

I am hoping to use transform in the future so my 2 star rating is only based on my disappointing experience so far. I am a type 1 diabetic with average blood glucose control. I had been having some difficulties with my blood sugar as I had been using an insulin pump which I was struggling with. I explained that my blood sugars were not fantastic at 3 appointments and asked if this would be an issue, I was told no and to discuss this with the nurse (at appointment no 3) again the nurse told me that they are usually happy with a hba1c blood test reading of below 10. I guessed mine would be around the 10 mark so paid in full. My blood was 9.9 at my pre-op blood test the week before my surgery, the surgery was cancelled because the anaesthetist wasn't happy and wanted a reading of 8.5 which is transform policy (I had never been told this even though I had asked at all of my appointments) I was refunded all apart from 250 deposit, a couple of months later I had another test which was 8.5, I was delighted thinking the surgery would be re-booked. This time I was told the anaesthetist wanted my reading lower and steady for 6 months. Total disappointment for the second time. I also cannot have the £250 returned, which I don't mind as my bloods are improving and I still want the surgery. Although I understand the reasons for this ie, my health being top priority, My major issue is that if I had been told on day 1 that I had to have a hba1c blood test of less than 8.5 which had been steady for 6 months I wouldn't have made 3 400 mile round trips, been totally devastated twice and I would have £250 in my own bank rather than sitting in transforms bank which I may actually never get back if the anesthetiser decides he will not perform the surgery again. I think the patient co-ordinators should be aware of there policies and should not be so quick to take deposit when there are questionable circumstances.

Has been to transform twice. The first time I've dermal fillers in my nose and it worked pretty well which made my nose straight and high. Also got Botox as well, worked beautifully. Several months later I came back to topup my nose, I am very upset this time , my nose looks not smooth and even got a dent on a side of my nose. I went to see the doctor, waited for a hour, and got the response that my nose is naturally uneven. Just disappointed. Won't come back ever.

Not happy with results only thing 2 me that has improved is my lips left side is shrunken in want be going 2 transform again

Expected more from a private company especially regarding patient care. Its a very good yet slightly miss leading sales pitch quite obviously very much sales/commission driven.

Felt very rushed and misinformed with my consultation from start to finish, the surgeon that I saw was very abrupt and not very informative. I did not feel confident in having major surgery after her rushed 'I don't really care' attitude towards me.

Didn't like how my lips looked after they were filled. Different size on each side, never had wonky lips before. After care was rubbish. I wouldn't use or recommend transform ever again

Gabriele was an outstanding practitioner, very professional and informed me of everything before my treatment. However when i had to rescedule my follow up appointment for botox i was messed around and was told to basically not come for my appointment as i had gone past my rebooking date, i had allready set off that morning from anglesey in north wales which is a 2 hour drive away for me to your clinic, and was told half way through my drive to not come as it would be pointless as there is nothing anyone could do, considering i was willing to travel and had spent nearly 300 pounds on botox a few weeks earlier i was disgusted with the patient aftercare that i received, im due a treatment very soon and i have doubts as to weather i will use transform again. Sorry but the lady who did my botox the last time and the time before that in the London branch made me feel very uncomfortable .. Like I needed so much work and she even said ..um 'no I won't say anything' ... She also left me with bruising from the botox I've been having botox for years and it's the first time I bruised .. She then insisted I must have been drinking the night before .. I really like Transform and the Fulham branch but the dark haired foreign woman really doesn't make me want to come back
