"They are the most unprofessional company.\r\n\r\nDid you know that you no that Apparently you are not (covered) with the so what 10 year warranty ? The coordinators say that you are covered, In the event of rupture ,I have evidence of this to saying that you are covered in result of the rupture free of charge! to have replacement with your guaranteed extended warranty or 3 year warranty!\r\n\r\nI have received a letter as I have a ruptured implant which was in the (three years) and they are now expecting me to pay \u00a33000 to re-correct them !! Absolutely shocking!!!!\r\n\r\nstay well away from Transform the reviews that you are seeing offer you real people who have experienced real life trauma due to a poor practice.\r\n\r\nMy implant as a rupture and this has impacted on my health. have been so unwell and the pain off I\u2019m experiencing is another level, to the point where I have been hospitalised. \r\n\r\nI thought I would be protected but it appears not. They have misplaced records !!!and they are not admitting liability! I had my surgery in June 2014 I contacted Transform in February 2017 within the three year and now they are saying that I am not covered . \r\n\r\nThe reviews that you are seeing are real people who unfortunately have experienced horrendous ordeals. The company I find to be unprofessional.\r\nIsn\u2019t it funny the way things go missing and clerical errors happen?to help them out they have lied saying that I didn\u2019t pay for 10 year extended warranty as it\u2019s (not) on their system ? but then also contradicted themselves saying that it doesn\u2019t mean that you would have been covered even with that ??? \r\n\r\nMy whole experience of Transform is absolutely disgusting . If you do not read these reviews and you go against them and think that the other reviews that are good experiences are all true! then go ahead, but I assure you now in due time you could end up in the exact same situation as I have and many more. \r\n\r\nI would never write a review to slander a company,but I do not want anybody else going through the experiences that I have been through .\r\n\r\nTake a word of advice spend your money somewhere else ! Also be extremely vigilant about what you\u2019re listening to when at your consultation . Make sure that you use your credit card to pay for your \u00a3150 extended warranty make sure you get a receipt because things go missing in Transform! Because they don\u2019t give you a receipt ir any documents saying you have it but their word , so basically it\u2019s just on their system so they say.\r\n\r\nMy ordeal has been going on for over two years. I am on regular medication and the doctors and hospital are very aware of what is happened. The pain that I am going through is unreal, not only that I have had to put my life on hold because I cannot do anything like I use to gym etc. Transform have ruined my life! These last few years, The only thing they have transformed is my life going from normality to hell.\r\n\r\nI have faith in the justice system, and I have faith that it will correct itself ,but for them to put me through this horrendous.\r\n\r\nThere is so much I could write about I would be writing a Bible. I had Corrective surgery on the right breast with transform 2 weeks after surgery because the surgeon had not cauterised the blood Vessels which made me end up in hospital! not only that he left the company so I was left with another surgeon to correct it.I thought I\u2019ll be fine but then years later the right breast was ruptures I believe this was like this for many years but was only brought to my attention at a later date when experiencing the pain.\r\n\r\n Look at the pictures of my breasts I\u2019m a young woman I am absolutely mortified everytime I look at myself in the mirror ."

“I had exceptional care from transform, Maggie the nurse was amazing to me! Genuine caring person. Mr Gianis performed rhinoplasty on me and I was extremely worried on the outcome however he did an amazing job! Better than I expected! I would definitely recommend him he has made my nose look so naturally beautiful and has changed my life. Thank you!”

“I have wanted a rhinoplasty since I can remember, particularly over the past 10 years. Not a day went by when I did not look at myself, or a photo and wish that I could have a different nose. I have done my research on and off for years, but never actually taken the plunge. I am now in my mid 20's, and settled in most aspects of my life, but I still found my nose got me down and affected my confidence overall. I would ask people to delete photos of me, and apart from a selfie which allowed me to control the angle of a photo, I hated any other photographs or videos of myself. I would look at people in the same room and go around analysing others noses, it felt like mine was the only one which was so bad to look at. To begin with I was sceptical about going to Transform, when I did my research I wanted to go to an independent surgeon. I did all of my research based on the surgeon, not the clinic or brand and that is the best advice I could give anyone. I looked up surgeons to see if they had any (even one or two) bad reviews, it wasn’t a chance I was willing to take. I narrowed it down to 2 surgeons, one of whom was at Transform. I went for a consultation with both, and ended up choosing Mr Lahoud at transform. Although I could not find many reviews on him, all of those I found were outstanding, so I thought I would go for it as the consultation was free. When I went for my original consultation at the Harley Street branch I was sceptical. I did not feel 100% comfortable with my co-ordinator and found she asked a few questions I was not comfortable answering. I then changed my clinic and had a very different experience. I wanted to book in with Mr Lahoud as soon as possible, so I opted to travel to the Maidstone clinic so I could see him (this is practically a 2 hour drive for me). I kept wondering if this was really worth it, and thought more and more about the other surgeon I had in mind. When I arrived at Maidstone the staff were extremely friendly, and my co-ordinator Sally was great. They allowed me to be seen earlier as they realised I had travelled quite far to meet with Mr Lahoud. I met with Mr Lahoud very briefly (probably 5 minutes or so) however from the moment I walked into the door he was making notes, and instead of asking what I wanted he told me what was possible with my face structure and how he could best balance the rest of my features. Strangely he came to the exact conclusion the other surgeon, without me having to say a word about if its what I was thinking until right at the end. He said my septum was deviated and would be fixed in the process, and my nasal bump would be shaved down. In order to make the nose symmetrical it would need to be broken and reconstructed, and my tip lifted slightly. It was strange how he word for word gave the same opinion as another independent (much more expensive) surgeon. I was sold, this man new exactly what he was doing, he was clearly a pro. He knows that its about managing what is possible for the patient, and what will best suit whilst keeping results natural. He lived up to the expectation I had researched about, a good surgeon will do what they know will balance your features out not copy a photo you have brought in. I booked in for my surgery date, and paid the deposit. After 10 years it was starting to feel real. The day before the surgery it still didn’t sink in, it was only on the morning when I packed my things and had my dad take me over the the Brentford site that it began to feel real. I was welcomed by a nurse and taken to my room to get changed. The rooms were spacious,modern and had really good facilities. I got changed, and awaited for a nurse to come and check a few things. My dad came in and waited, he waited in my room while I was taken to the theatre. I began to get scared as I went up to the theatre, the nurse who escorted me could tell and tried to keep me distracted. As I entered the theatre and walked towards the bed I felt like I was on one of those tv shows and freaked out. Tears started to fall but the nurse held my hand and reassured me, she was really helpful. The nurse and aneshesiest made conversation to distract me, and the next thing you know I woke up in a room with my face bandaged. I can’t describe the feeling, but what I do remember is a really dull headache, kind of like a severe hangover and not remembering what had happened the night before. I asked to see my dad and was taken back into my room. I had an overnight stay, and what I was most impressed about what without fail I was checked on every 2 hours, even when I was asleep I heard someone come in to check. I do not remember being in much pain as I was taking painkillers, and anytime I felt uncomfortable I would press the buzzer and a nurse would ensure everything was okay. The night passed, and although I didn’t have the best nights sleep I managed to get a few hours in. The next morning the nurse came in to check on me and it was the part I was dreading... the removal of the gauzes.... and it wasn’t so bad! I cant say it was pleasant, but rather than painful it was uncomfortable. I was given medication and an information pack and number to take home. As I came home I was in bed for about a week, although I tried to get up and do things it was draining, and I tried not to strain myself. I was a lucky one and got away with absoloutely NO bruising, upon reccomendation from the Transform nurse to take arnica a week before. I couldn’t believe it, and I know everyone is different but I usually bruise very easily. It was clearly a sign of a great surgeon. I called the helpline maybe 4 times the first week, as small things worried me such as congestion, puss when changing my bandage and some leaks. The doctor on the helpline was always really helpful and reassured me. A week on it was time to have my bandage taken off, this is when the change becomes real. Was the past week of a severe headache and lack of sleep going to be worth it? I had always prepared myself to manage my own expectations, I didn't know what the outcome would be. I just knew I didn't like my side profile, so at a minimum thats all I wanted to be improved. I went to Milton Keynes to have my bandage off, as its the closest clinic to me (so I have actually visited 4 sites of transform of which at 3 I had amazing experiences). My nurse Lola was lovely, and made me feel at ease. The cast prickled a bit as it was lifted, as I did have internal bruising underneath. I looked at myself and WOW. I didn’t hate it anymore, I had a great side profile, it was straighter and smaller... just how Dr Lahoud had said when he came in to see me after my surgery. If these were my results with the swelling I couldnt wait to see it when it went down. I am now 2 months post op. I love my improved nose, and I have had a really simple recovery, with minimal disruptions. I cannot thank Mr Lahoud and Transform enough for keeping me at ease so far in the process, and being able to provide such a quality service at what really was a competetive price. I had independent quotes, some of which were double what I paid at Transform. All in all I can’t thank Transform enough for changing my opinions on chain organisations and the amount of attention each individual client can get. I have had so many compliments on my nose, and how natural it looks. I now feel like a better, improved version of the old me. My confidence has grown, and I now look around a room and think “my nose is definately better.’ Something I never thought I would ever think! Thank you to the kind nurse who kept me at ease in particular, although I cannot remember her name it will stick with me. Massive thanks to Mr Lahoud for doing an amazing job, you have truely changed my life!”

“After having to wait more than 10 minutes on the lift to get to the floor, we arrived to a shouting match at the reception, which staff looked very unprofessional rolling their eyes at the lady who was clearly upset. So after managing to speak to the receptionist we sat and waited before being taken to see the member of staff about the laser hair removal, was completly dismissive due to my hair colour (natural red) yet at to point did she feel the hair nor did she look at it under a light, or see would have seen that the hair is brown. Then she tells my mum she can have laser and then says no because at this point she has just read the book we had to fill out. Took more time to dismiss, diss and trash other methods and profeasionals rather than their own product. Found it very unprofessional from before we even walked in to the minute we walked out.”

“I had breast augmentation by Mr Giannas in November and I am ecstatic with the results, not only has he done an amazing job, but he is such a lovely gentleman who listens to his patients about the result they want to achieve. My results were better than I had ever expected, He has given me an amazing shape & my scars are very neat and you can hardly see them. There is no information about him on the transform website which needs to be updated as this man is a fantastic surgeon and I would definitely recommend him and I'd want him as my surgeon again if I was to have anything else done in the future. All the staff at transform have been wonderful especially My nurse maggi and co-ordinator Karen at Nottingham transform and all the team at the riverside hospital Brentford especially the anaesthetist who made sure I was comfortable and pain free.”

“I choose transform on the basis that they had there own hospitals and that they were a well established company. I went for my consultation and being me and I was completely taken in however when it came to surgery and the process it was ridiculous. While laying there waiting to go to sleep I had people talking over me on the phone, I was asked to get to the hospital early and was left waitin around for an hour in the reception. The food was foul, and I felt like I was just about couple of thousand to them. I due for my 3 month sign off and I can honestly say I would never use this company again! Although they talk the talk honestly the customer appreciation is non-existent! I did not have much of a say in the procedure and infact the actual procedure I undertook was never fully explained! They will say we're always here however when I tried to get in to contact with my nurse I never got a phone call back and when I saw her next and asked her she had no knowledge! I can truely say if your looking in to getting anything done make sure you keep your options open because transform is not about you it's about your money!”

“I am a regular customer at my local Transform clinic and as I had not actually had any treatments anywhere before I was scared BUT it has been the best experience every time I have been. There's a nurse called Barbara who usually does my treatments at the Sheffield clinic and she is amazing at what she does. I cant stop going back for treatments because of the quality of patient care and how comfortable everyone makes you feel.”

“Overall experience really good . However I would like to make a formal complaint about the nurse lorna at new cavendish street very rude couldn't give me straight answers , contradicted her self and made me worry for no reason . Have recieved better treatment from Nhs staff then her”

“Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff at the clinic and everyone at the hospital were very friendly, professional, caring and supportive. Mr John Giannas is an outstanding surgeon who made me feel at ease from the very first appointment right through to the final aftercare meeting. I had breast reduction surgery with very small implants inserted which was always going to be very difficult surgery as I had previously had larger implants which needed to be removed first, plus two bodged uplifts after that which had left severe scarring. When I met with Mr Giannas for the first time he was genuinely quite alarmed by what had been done to me and explained very clearly what would need to be done to get me looking normal again. He explained that it was a very difficult procedure but he would do his absolute best to make me feel more comfortable about myself. I am now 2 months post-op and I can quite honestly say that I have never felt better about myself. John Giannas is a miracle worker! If he hadn't decided to become a surgeon I'm sure that he would have made a fantastic seamstress! His stitching is excellent and as a result I have little or no scarring and the necessary scars are fading fast with no infection or issues. I am so pleased I had it done, it really has transformed the way that I feel about myself and given me back my self-confidence. In addition, the cost of the procedure was pretty much the same as another quote that I had been given but Transform offer the 12 months interest free credit which is also a fabulous plus point. I cannot recommend them as a clinic and John Giannas as a surgeon, highly enough.”

“Transform looked after me all through my breast reduction from the initial consultation right through to the final result. Nurse Eileen is very kind and caring and very professional explaining every step of my operation, any fears or worries she was there in person or on the phone to calm my nerves. The hospital in London were I spent two nights after my breast reduction was very clean, the food was exceptional. The nurses were amazing taking care of me. Mr Khan performed my operation I have minimum scarring and healed within six weeks with little swelling and no infection. Thank you Mr Khan. I have recommended Transform to a couple of my friends.”

“On this occasion, I can only comment on the staff as I am needing to book a course of treatment and have been unable to do so just yet. Everyone I had contact with at the Maidstone Clinic was cheerful, friendly and helpful. My consultation was with Laura and she also made me feel happy to entrust my hard earned cash with them! Unfortunately, not much about being beautiful is cheap, so I am yet to book my course of treatment!”
