“Purchased a coat for my daughter in the sale for £140.00 down from £280.00. After only 6 weeks the material started coming away at the cuffs. Emailed in to Trapstar and was immediately offered 20% refund - declined as coat was clearly not fit for purpose. Advised to return for full refund. Upon receipt of the return Trapstar emailed to say no refund due as no manufacturing fault this was just wear and tear ?? After 6 weeks!!”
“I ordered a hoodie for my son on 29th September. I was shocked when I received notification that my parcel was going to be delivered on the 2nd October as this has never happened before. Usually I have to wait weeks and on one occasion it was months. The parcel did arrive but instead of a hoodie there was a dirty green jumper from Primark that smelt of petrol in the bag. I immediately took pictures and added them to the email that I sent to Trapstar. They emailed back after 2 days and advised that my case will be investigated and it would take 8- 10 working days. This timescale has come and gone. I have emailed afurther 3 times and they have been ignored. When you call the telephone number for both the Birmingham and London branch it says they are not in service. The website refers to customer care. It an absolute joke. They should not be allowed to continue to do business. I have read other reviews and they are more negative than positive. This company needs to be investigated and people to to be refunded of their hard earned cash.”

Can't get through to anyone by phone, tried emailing but every time get asked the same questions over and over again like name, email, postcode, date order placed. Get a ticket number and message stating allow 48 hours for reply and then same thing all over again. Lost count of how many emails I've sent. Tried using chat system, also a waste of space. Tracksuit was ordered back in November 2022 and still waiting in March 2023 for delivery.”

Im Dezember 2022 habe ich für meinen Sohn eine Jacke bestellt. Da diese erst 4 Wochen später verschickt wurde, habe ich den Kauf Storniert. Mein Geld habe ich trotz Mahnung bis heute (2 Monate später) nicht zurück!

“Diese Firma ist einfach eine Katastrophe. Habe Ware am Release Day bestellt. Mit Kreditkarte bezahlt, da Klarna in Deutschland nicht möglich ist.
Mein Sohn wünschte sich die Jacke zu Weihnachten.
Bis heute haben wir keine Ware erhalten, Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. Man wird mit Standart Mails ruhiggestellt.
Meinem Geld (340€) renne ich bis heute hinterher.

“The worst experience. The order was very late and when I received it I was asked to pay all the taxes (VAT, customs duties) because Trapstar declared that they had not been paid. I wrote them emails, I called them, but you have no one to talk to. Communication with them is very difficult. The invoice they inserted in the package did not reflect the amount I paid when I placed the order. It was the first and last time I ordered from this site.”
