“The staff at Worcester were very helpful. The room was clean, he breakfast was excellent but the on-line booking took me 90 minutes, so this needs some attention at your end. The questionnaire below is clearly irrelevant to Travelodge so your problems are technical not human!”

“One of the easiest websites to book a hotel room. Not giving them 5 stars because there should be a separate tab for "super rooms" hotels, instead of presenting them all together and having to look for the one you want. Why in 2023 you have to "buy" a wifi access is beyond me .. we can all use our phones as hubs, I guess!”

“The booking experience was relatively simply, and we very much appreciated that the price was broken down by night so we could better plan our stay. My only issue is that the map provided made it difficult to identify the individual hotels at a glance. When booking I had looked at a competitor's website where it listed the price on the map for each pin which made it easier to book based on budget.”

“Room clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. Only frustration was that there were r plastic cups in the room for water. Seems trivial but I have never stayed anywhere where there is not some sort of beaker in the bathroom.”

“Overall excellent, the staff are outstanding I will single out "chee" who was on the night shift, friendly and helpful a fantastic staff member. She is the sort of person who I used to employ when I was in catering management. About the only downside which is the reason for a four star score, the mirror in our bathroom was slightly fogged and the flush button's were very stiff. But the standards of cleanliness were beyond reproach. The atmosphere was good,the breakfast was excellent and the chicken tikka flavourful. If I am back in Stoke hospital again I will definitely be back in the travel lodge.”
