“Was going to be a easy booking but then got cut off, didn't catch the ladies name. Didn't realise that I called a premium number so done it online with no problems”

“Great location and staff room was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was a let down had to wait and sorry food was not great. But would not stop us coming back to the hotel many thanks.”

“Booking for one room is easy however multiply is quite confusing. It was not easy to change a booking when you wanted to change a room standard. Otherwise brilliant. I was booking four individual rooms and look much longer than I thought necessary. Also nowhere to put you were the person responsible if paying all.”

“It isn't very mobile friendly, I had to use a laptop that did not belong to me, it didn't like the fact that my first name only had three letters. Other than that it was quite good!!! Love the pet friendly aspect, it means we can all holiday together and not worry about our furry buddies!!!!!”

“Booking process was fine apart from one thing. I wanted to include breakfast. I had clicked on 1 person, but system would only let me pay for 2. Kept wanting to charge me 19 instead of 9.50.”

“The place was clean on arrival. Issue with tv, but got sorted. The location was an ideal base to go into York centre. There was plenty of choices for breakfast.”
