“It's very easy to find a Travelodge close to my intended place to stay, and the suggestions of nearby hotels are helpful. It's also very easy to book online, with transparent pricing and information about the hotel and its facilities. What I don't like is the reminders about a search I may make if I don't complete a booking for whatever reason. One reminder is acceptable, but on one occasion I received four reminders in the space of one morning, which was completely unacceptable.”

“Markham Moor - poor parking, accessible room booked not allocated, tv remote not working properly, uncomfortable bed, cobwebs on ceiling, Maltesers from machine melted together! Lady in reception helpful (Suzie)”

“Really poor iam afraid. TV had no signal, spoke to the rude reception lady who couldnt remove her eyes from her phone to talk to me and shrugged it off as "oh well none of the TVs work". Just what i wanted to hear after a 5hr drive to get there. I then asked to perhaps move me to another room and was rudely told "NO" with no further explanation. Very rude lady who only had eyes for her mobile phone and long finger nails and eyelashes. In the morning i made a coffee with the the ones provided and the milk had gone off!!! It went off in march 2023..... overall not impressed. Sorry for the negative review.”

“The request for a review came after making the reservation but before my scheduled stay. Making the reservation was a nightmare because the address was USA so getting the credit card verified was an infinite loop. How about a reservation to hold a room without a credit card.”

“Booking online was easy, with good pictures of rooms & bathrooms. Easy to book the 2 rooms we needed. Paying was easy with separate invoices for each room. Great can’t wait to see it on our mini break”

“Very poor hotel. Room clean but no hot water this morning. No tooth glasses (not even plastic). Uht milk very unsatisfactory. Stale water left in kettle. No soap in either dispenser. Basin or bath. Basin plug did not seal basin so had to constantly run water while shaving Charging for internet service. Very poor in this day and age. Like charging for water. This is the first feedback.”

“Booking experience was reasonably easy but it was frustrating not to have any photos come up. I don't know whether this was a problem with your site or with my computer but I had to go to Trip Adviser to be able to look up photos of properties.”

“I haven't been to a Travelodge in years after a bad experience and I was very pleasantly surprised. We had 3 rooms, all clean and tidy. The Team were all professional and helpful. Well done, we would come again!”
